It's a Houston, TX landline registered to a <redacted>. The phone carrier is Onvoy, LLC. He  called my private landline/hung up. I don't know this [***]!! I returned the call, blocked, once, and got the recording, Network Operations Center. The party at the number you have dialed has decided not take phone calls from your number at this time. Please, add this number to your do not call list.

The only internet search match between the individual's name and this number is a single Google result to a website whose domain was registered 26 days ago.  The site is one of those sites that claim to have information about people, but redirect from the sparse data they show to other sites that, after a pretty show of "searching for information", demand a payment upfront before showing any of the information they (supposedly) "found".  The connection between that individual and this number is false.
Knowing who the service provider for a number is tells nothing about who called and why they called.
Have already requested that the Moderators remove the false name you listed.
