This number is being used as a contact number in a local newspaper employment ad. (Chicago Tribune) on 2/26/2012.
The company is always "Hospitality/security" with a private cruise line. This ad is a employment scam where victims are requested to send money, western union,  for overnight airfare. The gentleman on the call states that the victim will be reimbursed upon arrival at a "TBA" airport destination, for an interview.  Since next day or short term flights are very expensive, victims fall for the employment ploy. (Caller states that since he has corporate accounts w airlines the flight will cost $350.00 to $400.00. This is the dollar amount victims are required to send over, via western union, with specific passcode for pick-up.)
Since computers make it easy to reroute numbers and telephony information, this number is probably routed thru ???? country/state.
In my case, once the money was received the guy called me back and stated that his company was sending a representitive out to Chicago to conduct the interview process, at which time the money would be reinbursed. A information and application packet is supposed to be sent, overnight, to my address.  Obviously, it never arrives. I was surprised that the guy continues to keep in contact with the victims for a few days after the money is received. Probably to scam as many people as he can before complaints start to build.
The message to this number requires that you always leave your information: Name and call back number. The same guy with the strong accent always calls back.  Employment ad is run in the papers every 3 to 6 months in the Chicago area. The number is different each time.
I was scammed by this guy and his bogus company/employment opportunity about 6 years ago and have been playing a cat mouse game ever since. When I do catch up with him, I am going to hurt this guy real bad.
Not sure how many other players are involved in the western union cash pickup process. Most likely the guy who you speak to on the phone is not the one picking up the cash at the western union.

I just got a call back from this guy.  He has a strong accent, like from Boston.  Totally unprofessional.  A real company that has themselves together would not come across like this guy.  Sounds like a total SCAM.

saw an ad in orange county california paper.  Looking for security guards.  Glad I googled the number first.

Glad we googled it first......anything that sounds that good usually is a scam
