This man with a very heavy accent calls and leaves messages that if I don't contact him right away, or my attorney contact him, that the consequences will be out of his hands and he wishes me good luck. Says I took out a loan in 2007 and never made payments. I never took out a loan in 2007

Rec'd several phone calls from this number...a guy has heavy accent....says he's from the attorney generals office and its a very serious matter that we should contact him back....after we asked to speak to someone with better english...he hangs up.

Hello, Hello Hello.  considering the conduct of this caller I would expect that competent authority should take action.  Has th DO NOT CALL LIST no teeth?

this man called my phone and told me that i took a payday loan and did not pay it I did take a pay day loan by internet this was the biggest mistake i could of ever done! my information was comprimised and i had to go to the bank and close this account and open a new one. but i knew i had paid the loan off so i knew something was fishy when he kept calling my cell phone and work threating me telling me i was going to jail and if i did not call him back they were going to submit a this case to court immediately on three counts of wire fraud and some other crazy stuff, I reported them directly to state police and they called the number and spoke to him, now the number is disconnected.... so be wise never give your personal info over the phone, internet especially to someone who cant speak english clear...LOL have a great night

The number is NOT disconnected.  He called me today.  He refused to tell me who the loan was through, when I supposedly took out and the loan and for how much.  He stated that he could only submit this information through my attorney.  WHY would he not be able to tell me??? When I pushed on my inquiry, he hung up on me.  I AM CONTACTING THE POLICE!!!!!!
