Constant robo caller from National Statistical Survey giving away free Cruise Tickets

Called a few seconds ago. Did not leave a message.

Stupid 'survey' called my cell phone (which I must answer). I will vote for Homer Simpson for president if he will get rid of this crap.

Calling me at 9pm at night.  I need my sleep, dammit.

Called at 9pm. No message. F u too.

SPAM! Got a call from 1-713-510-1444, but they left no number.  I block them every day and they call from a new number.  When I did answer, it was GE offering an extended warranty.  I told them to remove my number from their list but they continue to call.

Missed call - no message

This number called me, I sent them to voicemail, no message left.

I started receiving calls from this number immediately after I requested a copy of my birth certificate from Houston Vital Statistics.  So, either it's them, or someone they supplied with my number. I have not answered, and they have not left a message; it appears to be automated.  They may just want to do a survey on what I thought of the service.  I plan to answer the next time.
