They keep [***] calling at any and all hours of the day and won't let up! Even if I call them back their line is busy.

Called me Saturday morning. Answered and nothing in the line. Call disconnected

Called but did not leave a message. Houston, TX number.

Caller I.D. said Houston, TX. I was tempted to answer since obviously, I am from Houston, but didn't because the caller i.d. did not really I.D. the caller. So I blocked and came here. Glad I did.

This person has been texting me about building a website. Set up a time for me to call so I did - went to a prerecorded phone message. He kept texting; asked me to call again - 2 hours after the original time. I did that. Could not understand him and at times could not hear him. HE IS NOT FROM HOUSTON and from what I could tell has never been here. SPAM FOR SURE.
