These people call constantly and if you answer they say please hold while we connect you. Of course they never connect to anything. When I try to call them back they say "Magic Jack customer is unavailable, leave a message. The mailbox is full and cannot take your message." What kind of scam are we getting now? Someone really needs to regulate all these weird phone companies and scam artist.

Just got called at 10:23 AM Saturday June 11, 2011 but they didn't leave a message. I decided not to try and call them back once I googled the number and saw all these reports.

Automated msg. said "Please hold while we try to connect you".  Waited and no one pick up 'phone, I could hear clicks x 3 but no connection.  They may just be using our 'phone lines to make e-illegal calls, they need to be investigated.
