These people are calling my job stating there is a legal case about me.  They are unprofessional and will use the name "Steve Johnson."  I called this number after my working hours and told them three times  "DO NOT CALL MY JOB."  The guy started getting loud, rude and beligerent.  I even told him that I knew this was a SCAM and DO NOT CALL MY JOB.  I do not know how they got my work # but I am now calling the Houston phone company to find out more about this number.  The # is 713-510-5219.  BEWARE!!!!!  The two guys who get on the phone also have very heavy American Indian accents.

The name they used when they called me was Logan Stone.

I have been receiving harrassing phone calls from this number.  At one point i returned their call and was told that they were suing me. I was told I owed Cash Advance USA 275 and that I had falsified information.  I have never received a cash advance loan.   I have since blocked this number but just today received another phone call telling me that if i did not return their call within 48 hours they would begin contacting my places of employment.

Been getting the calls from 7135105219 as well. Asked a few times for them to stop calling. They will but just call from a different number claiming to be an officer of the law and making various threats. Any info on how to get these calls to stop would be wonderful.

i had the same thing happen to me they claimed to be jack dawson and bob white... what i did to make them hang up and not call back was to start asking them questions like there address the courts address and what where your charges and the one thing that will get them ask them for your whole social they WONT know it.... make sure you report them. :) hope it works

I got 3 phone calls from the number 713 510 5219. The man had a severe arab accent or someting. I could barely understand him. He said his name was WILL SCOTT and that he is from Federal Legal Lawfirm. The man told me that my social security number was on file and I have a case against me. THIS IS A SCAM!! THIS IS A HUSTLE!!! DO NOT!! DO NOT!!! Even return thier phone call!!!!!!!

These people call and claim they are from the Department of Legal Justice and talk about me  being invetigated for wire fraud. What a joke !  If I was being investigated for wire fraud Im sure that the FBI would know about it. When I called the FBI they say this is a scam .

American Indian accents? Umm Im sure you mean India type Indian accents.. Anyway Ive got the same calls, Talk to them like trash and file a complaint with the FTC, do not call registry & your state's attorney general.

I also got a call from 713-510-5219. The guy said his name was "David Smith." He said that he was with the Federal Legal Defender's office. He said that I (or my attorney) needs to call them back. He said "if you choose to not call back, all I can say to you is 'good luck'." Very threatening and should be illegal (especially to misrepresent them as someone with the Federal Legal Defender's office). I have never done anything illegal, so this is rediculous. The man who left the message had a VERY strong Indian accent and I could barely understand him. Thanks for all of the tips everyone. I will start reporting them ASAP.

"smantha, debbie and benny and lorenza" are all liars and part of the scam.  Look at all the posts - within minutes of each other, the grammar and syntax is all wrong - just like when these low-life thieves call. Do not believe those posts - do not pay them a cent. They cannot do the things they threaten to do even if the debt was legitimate.  The FBI has posted warning about this and so have mant state attorney generals.
