It's a scam reputation management company that makes false claims that your business is being dragged through the mud online. Forget about 'em. They're grifters.

The caller left a voice message indicating that there was terrible information being spread all over the internet about our business and she claimed she would remedy the situation. She left this number and asked for a return call. Not happening.

I answered at 8:41 p.M., and they hung up immediately.   I looked up the number on this site and posted this message.   Thank you.

Answered the phone. Hung up immediately. Couple weeks ago I got a voicemail message from a woman claiming I had very bad information about my law practice on the internet and she could help. I did not call back.

This caller calls me about once a month and leaves the same message.  She identifies herself as Mary Medley and says that she can clean up any bad online reviews about our company.

Got this call she said she's going to our house or employer and I have a debt that needs to pay immediately and need to resolved and pay right away asking for a payment over the phone

Got the same thing the crazy thing about it they got my family number like wtf saying they know there adress and know my family name

OMG SAME. i fell for it and eventually had the charges reversed but did they threaten a suit? was the lady’s name anna davis?

You should have asked "Rome" those questions three years ago, when they posted.  You might notice that they have not been back here in all that time, so they are not going to answer you now.

This looks to be a "Fake Debt Scam".
Yes, they will probably threaten to sue you and claim they will go to your home or place of employment to serve you the paperwork.  It will never happen, they just want to scare you onto paying them.
It does not matter what name they give, it is as fake as the supposed debt and it will change over time - Anna today, Linda next month, Victoria the month after, etc.

Fortunately you were able to get your money back.
In the future, just remember to never take the word of someone who blindly calls you up and claims you owe them.  Demand proof in writing, refuse to discuss anything with them until they send it to you, and then just hang up and block their number.  Since it is a scam, nothing will ever show up.
