Asked if owner was available, heavy accent and could hardly speak English.

He is calling me and say he is going to  sue me  this is stupid

Called our office here on a very bad connection. Lots of static. Lady asked if the owner was available. I asked if the call was regarding a job we were currently doing. She then said "Um. No." Then she hung up.

A woman with a thick Eastern European accent named "Sandra" asked for the owner.  I asked who she was and the nature of the call.  She told me something about a business loan for the company.  Then she rudely said, "Now can I speak with the owner?"  I put her on hold and left her there.

The caller ID said the call came from Placentia, Ca. They asked for me by my first name and when I told them they had the wrong number she hung up. I called back and the recording said it is an unreachable number. So annoying

poor reception . caller is Sara asking for owner. I asked who is calling and she just said she would call back later and hung up

GET A REAL JOB! [***] scammers. "Can I speak to the owner.." Uhhh who is this... "Uh mam' we do this local listing on the internet.. are you the owner?.." Local what? "local listings.. ok I'll just ..click" haha just enjoy wasting their time as much as they waste yours.

I have requested that this caller remove me/my business from their calling list and STOP CALLING me. I NEVER REQUESTED and am not interested in the products/services they offer but week after week they continue to call my business line (as much as 4 times a day).

Nice foreign sounding female asked for the owner.
When I asked what she was selling, as I always do when they ask for the owner, she did tell me it is about money for the business.
I told her he was not interested and to please never call this number again.
I hung up and then checked out the number to see it here!!!

This is a spoofed phone number used by scam artists.
They did not leave a message for me either, however; if you read through all the other posts below, you will see that their scam is not limited to just one type of scam.
If this number calls you, do not answer the phone, do not call this number back.
If you were stupid enough to answer this call, do not tell them anything.If they ask "can you hear me", don't say anything, hang up.
Scam artists from boiler rooms everywhere call people using a computer generated "spoofed" number  and claim to be any one they want to be - when they are not.
Wake up people - the world is full of scammers and no one can do anything about telemarketers and telephone fraud but YOU.
The "do not call list" only works for legitimate law abiding companies - foreign countries and scammers are not going to follow the rules.
Do not press any buttons to have your name removed; this only confirms that their phone bot found a number with someone on the other side who will answer., they are not going to remove you from their calling list under any circumstances, and if you respond to them in any fashion - they sell your number to the next scam artist.
