i have time warner ,how do you block the numbers

Caller ID:  SSI  Machine answered and they hung up.  Seems they are back using this number.  Other "SSI" numbers we have received for the last few months are 714-592-3718, 714-592-3719, 714-592-3720, 714-592-2303, and 714-477-0587.

Caller ID  SSI  Tried again 6 months later.  Hang up after machine answered.

Two nights in a row these scammers have called.  Late, 8:54 PM.  They don't leave any message and I don't pick up.

ssi is a scam...do not pick up the phone or answer to anything, we have gotten the call several times, no answer if called back.

Calls between 9:00 - 9:45 pm! I never answer it's crazy how late they can call!

Keeps calling but never leaves a message.

No legitimate survey outfit is going to call me four times a day, the fourth call being
after 9PM.
Caller id says SSI and they spoof different numbers (294-0827, 592-3718, 592-2302 so far).
I'm lucky to have a phone that will block a range of numbers (i.e., 714-592-****).
I'm waiting for a phone that will block calls by name (SSI) as well as number.

Just got a call from this number.  Call time is 9:25PM!!!

SSI = Needs to be BLOCKED

Called at 9:30pm while watching Raider/Ram game; so &$+**/=$%@$&*//( annoying! Fake SSI, FU!

Caller id was "SSI" like all the others.

Never heard of survey company using cell phones! Definitely a data mining scam! Blocked!

Blocked these annoying people, later in evening called using different number.

They have changed their caller id to "CALIFORNIA CALL" to try and fool us. Tried twice last  evening.

Trying to call landline; have them blocked and phone rings only once
