Scam call pretending to be legal call

I also go a call from this number.  Guy is very rude and agressive trying to scare people.  Clammed to be from Direct Capital and was "helping to prevent me from getting sued"

These calls just started 4 days ago and the same guy kept leaving messages. Tom Geneski, probably not his real name, stating that this was a pre-legal notice from capital direct. leaving me a case number and telling me that I need to give them a call. Today he stated this was the final attempt and if I don't call them back, good luck...I'm not phased. It's just the same scam running it's course again, I'll report them to the Consumer Protection Bureau just like all the others. If I really had a debt out there, I would have received something in the mail. Don't let these people scare you. I have been a victim of fraud and it seems like as soon as I put a fraud alert out there these vultures swooped in.
Don't give them the time of day besides, there is no information for them anywhere online.
