Received a v/m msge this morning from the above #, message didn't give name who the message was for...it states to contact Richard Blackburn for a legal matter pending against you...if you don't respond it can lead to a civil lawsuit or garnishment against you...It instructs you to call 817-534-2361 for Case #833846. Immediately I googled the name: Richard Blackburn and I found multiple fraud forums with this name. They probably get phone #s from Facebook and scare individuals into paying them...WRONG! Apparently, Richard Blackburn is trying to defraud people throughout the US, from California to Florida.

Same as other poster.  Call came from PAcaller 7243022182, recorded message was about the same as the other posted.

I got a call from this number stating it was the last day to dispute a legal matter

I keep getting calls stating I have 24 hours to handle something to avoid litigation of some sort.

Getting these calls on a daily message saying the same thing!! This is very Annoying. How can we stop this???

My message said to call back Rick Sullivan. Honestly i think it's a scam because i have no payments pending against me. So i ignore it.
