I got a call saying I they were the Bright Now Dental Support Office. Looked it up and no such thing in Santa Ana, CA. They said I needed to call right away regarding my account. I’ve never received a bill because braces were paid upfront. Total scam! Then gave me the number 888-364-8522 X55199 to call back.

Claimed to be Minarch Dental. Trying to collect a balance that Insurance did not pay. Asked for EOB never sent to me and quite calling. I was paid in full.

Doctor's don't issue an EOB.  Your insurance company or Medicare issues them.

Very suspicious. Extremely unprofessional. A person named Adriana. Doesn't make any sense. I received a bill on Tuesday and mailed the payment on Wednesday. This Adriana person just wanted to argue with me because I wouldn't give her any personal information. I'm still not convinced that this is legit,

I got 2 voicemails from Agatha an hour apart first said she was with bright now dental second saying she was business support with castle dental. Very suspicious to me.
