No, she would be served, not your attorney.  If this was in connection to debt, you actually ignored all the correspondence from the collection agency?
i am unable to find any such firm as Colby & Hynzal, online.  Since your wife was "served,"  the plaintiffs name, and address should be on the document, perhaps you can supply the information.

ID themselves as the Office of William DeBoise. (not certain about the spelling).   Gruff voiced guy says they are not debt collectors, but "mediators.".  Right.  Mediators = scammer double-talk for debt collectors.   They just never give up with this stupid fiction about "mediators".

Received a message asking about the property owner where I lived over 2 years ago. I was the renter not the owner.  I did not return the phone call.  Should I call them back?  They did not leave a name.

Now I received another call in which they left another message stating that they are Freedman and Associates or Friedman and Associates.

Recd 4 messages at work from these idiots today, i have already talked to them once and advised them they are not call me at work or any family members, they have called my husband, mother in law and even my minor child, what the hell. Told me i needed to check my emails they were calling about an old bill that i had until 11am tomorrow or they will proceed without me. Go right ahead

Received a call from this number saying I should contact my attorney due to a debt that I have ignored. I have no debts. They say their name is William DuBoise from Freedom, Freedman, Friedman, Assoc. Who knows. The nitwit on the phone spoke so fast you couldn't understand them. I called the number and got the same nitwit caller on the recording.

i keep getting calls from freeman and associates about my old property. will they press charges?

I have no idea what they are talking about. Scared my son to the point where he thought if I didn't call them back I was going to jail.
