- Mike| 11 repliesMy wife was served with a summons to appear in court by these people yesterday and they served her at work infront of her co-workers while she was coming out for lunch, is this legal?
- Slim replies to Mike>> My wife was served with a summons to appear in court by these people yesterday <<
Um. Sure.
If that is true, you should be able to give us the information at the top of the summons, since it is now "public information".
Give us the court name and location, the name of the judge, the plaintiff's attorney's name and Bar number, and the name of the company or person that is suing your wife, the date she is supposed to appear, and possibly a docket number.
Can you do that, to prove your statement, or did I ask for too much information?
Well, then, just give us the name and address of the court, and the plaintiff's name. You do not have to tell us your name. That should not be difficult at all. Otherwise, we will have strong evidence you were NOT served, and are fibbing to us, and are probably a shill for the phone number under discussion.
I betcha you can't give us the requested information. You didn't even give the physical and web address of the company that uses this phone number, so we could check their validity.
Do not bother to return and argue these points, unless you can provide the data I requested.
. - Gunnar replies to Mike| 3 repliesIf your wife was served then you have these peoples information. Post it. The physical address of the plaintiffs, the signing judges name, the jurisdiction, the summons number etc. Don't worry, if your wife was actually served all of this info. is public record. We hear about people being served all the time. What's odd is the fact that no one ever comes back & gives us any verifiable information. Until you do, it's safe to assume that you're just another Shill for a fraudulent/bogus collection outfit or a minimum wage flunky scamming for a JDB trying to collect on time-barred or otherwise invalid debt.
Prove me wrong. Post that information. We're here to help & we'll be waiting....
Gunnar - Lisa| 1 replyThese people called me. They rattled off the name of the company so quickly I couldn't even understand what they were saying. They said they were looking for a name similar to mine (but not mine) or the property owner of the address I live at. They say that they need me to call back or my attorney. I rent, I don't own. I have no bad debt and when I tried to call back they answer quickly (same man that left the message) in a very deep voice saying something I can't understand and then put me on hold. I held for about 30 seconds got mad and hung up. When I called back he said 'I told you told hold a moment' WTH? NO ONE talks to me in that tone! especially when I am doing you a favor and calling you back to let you know the person you are asking for does not live at that address.

- Caller: howard heingel
- Bumberclaude replies to Howard Heingels office| 4 repliesThese people have been calling for days now. I initially did not answer as the only digits on caller id were 675 with no name. I answered out of aggrivation this morning and the guy gave the number you all have listed here. Said the same thing as told to the other lady. Either my wife or her attourney should call. No other information was given as per a privacy issue of sorts. Will post mpre as i discover it.
- ROY J replies to Bumberclaude| 1 replyhad a call from this number to day @9:33 am ,10:18 am,11:16 am,11:51 am, 12:12 pm 1:55, and 2:23 pm when they left a message. The caller ID only showed 675. The message was for me to call 714-380-5377 by the end of business hours tomorrow. Her name is Alex calling on behalf of Some Howard Hinzle or somthing, regarding the property on my address, (I'm renting), this many calls in one day should come under the harassment act ??? What do you all think :)
- CWG40 replies to ROY JSounds like a total scam. A common trick is to call people about some property they own. They hope people will become distressed and call back. Don't fall for it. This Howard Heingel appears on other numbers. Usually in the (714) area code. I'm thinking this call is connected to debt scammers that were or are party of something called Premium Asset Services in Santa Ana CA. Not certain. In any event don't call the number back.
If they are calling about a debt, demand a debt validation letter be sent to you by US mail. E-mail no good. Of course they wont do this, so simply block their calls and ignore them. - Bumberclaude replies to Bumberclaude| 1 replyYeah. They called again and this time I told them to just send the paperwork. The lady said they had and then said they would contact her at work. Yeah. We shall see about that. I have yet to see any paperwork for anything. This is looking more and more like a very articulated scam. Will keep you updated.

- Tina| 19 repliesI just received phone call from same lady for Howard Henkle?? Anyway, she said she was needing to speak to my son in reference to an address he just moved from which is family owned on his fiancé family. Funny thing is my son is 26 and my number would not be on any debt he has. But then people on her are saying they have received summons at their work. Not sure if I should respond or have my son call them. He's getting married this week. I know he has debt from school loans and other stuff that I would have nothing to do with since he's grown. What should I do?
- greg replies to ann| 1 replyhow are they scammers if they issued out a summons?
- mike replies to Tina| 18 repliesI went with my wife today to the hearing, this was legit... Turns out she handled this sometime ago so they gave us release papers but I'm glad we got it handled. Many of you on here are misleading people, you're better off just calling them. I will say I don't agree with their tactics..
- Slim replies to mike| 2 repliesMike -
In order to believe your statement that "this was legit", we need some information about "the hearing" you attended.
If you were summoned to a legal hearing, you must have received some paperwork, right?
You should be able to give us the information at the top of the summons, since it is now "public information".
Give us the court name and location, the name of the judge, the plaintiff's attorney's name and Bar number, and the name of the company or person that is suing you, the date you are supposed to appear, and possibly a docket number.
- U.R.Fullofit replies to mike| 1 replyOf course YOU should call,. After all they pay your shilling salary, don't they?
SO---answer the questions others have asked.
SHILL ALERT!! - Yoda1725 replies to mike| 11 repliesHey Mike, how about telling us the name and legally verifiable of address of the collector? I bet you won't, because your scamming employer won't allow it, or you just don't have the guts to do it.
- Mike replies to Slim| 1 replyThis is the internet, why would I furnish you all that info when I'm not even using my real name on here. Public information or not, I know the company that we're all talking about better than I know you or anyone on this site. I'm not giving you my information which you'd have access to if I gave you the docket number or any other info, remember its public.
As far as the info I will give you. We had our hearing today.
Also, you've got some nerve telling me to provide you info on the internet, and if I don't not to return. Anyone can go to this website that wants to and while we're trying to figure things out, we don't need some no it all pretending he's already got it figured it. If you're truly trying to help, there's better ways, I don't agree with your tactics or Heinzls office tactics, but at least we can see them face to face at some point.
As for the rest of you, call the #, if they're wrong, they will handle it and you can also file a complaint if you don't like they're tactics. Again, not saying they aren't wrong, cause they were wrong in our situation, but they definitely aren't a scam, at least not in our situation. - U.R.Fullofit replies to MikeTypical "Shillanese". Poster makes excuses but refuses to give a simple answer to a court case. In case you don't know, court cases are a public record SO why not answer??!!!???
