Yes, they can serve you where ever they want to serve you.  Who is the company and what is there address and reasoning for serving you?

This is Premium Asset services.  They call all the time.  As I have told them and stated previously.  I do not owe any debt and I check my 3 credit reports monthly.  No where does this debt they are talking about appear.  They repeatedly threaten to 'serve me at work' as well as call me 'at work'.  They will not send any documentation with account numbers or anything via mail.  When I told them to serve me at home they said nope... we will only server your work place.  No one has ever served me at work.  I believe it to be fraudulent people trying scaretactics to make you pay money.

This place has called several times and it is not me or my husband they are trying to collect from.  I have asked them to stop calling but they continue to do so.

Just got a phone call from them again. Did not answer. They left a voice message stating who they were "Premium Asset Services". They gave this number. However they called from 714 581 6447. They didn't state their business. Or who they intended the message be for. Did not leave and references. As far as I am aware, a random number called and told me to call back with a number to call. NOPE.

Again, same kind of message. I need to call them Today. They're been trying to reach me, very urgent regarding my property in Chino Hills CA. ALLWAYS call from an out of start number but leave a local number to reach them. If they had went thru with every summons they've "Put aside" one last time, it would be 7!!
