I got a call from this number as well as from at first they were calling saying they had an important business matter to discuss, then at one point it was a courtesy call, now it is that the property address I live at has some concerns that need to be addressed and either 'the name they are saying/which isn't mine' or the attorney needs to call before close of biz tomorrow.

They also call my cell and they call my work and tell my work it is a 'personal business matter' then when they get my work voicemail they say they have verified my employment????  Sometimes they say my name, sometimes they say another name that is slightly similar with some letters juggled???

They have been calling since June of 2014. At first saying they would serve me papers at my employment???  When I called back this time someone rude answers and just says something I can't understand then HOLD... I hold for like a minute, hang up, called back and he answered saying 'I TOLD YOU TO HOLD' ??

my phone is an unlisted cell number I haven't had for very long? I owe no debt? I have verified my credit report SEVERAL times. I am going to be forced to change my cell number but then they will just repeatedly call my work!

I got Call today,That [***] left long message.  I lived on S flower st, santa ana, CA. Just trace her cell phone.and call police.

I keep getting calls at work. messages are left with my name but is very apparent they don't know if it's the correct person they are calling and so forth.  Message indicates calling about important legal matter and must contact them immediately and leave a file name and number.  Of course, I don't call.  I've also gotten messages about a property address (which I don't own, only rented).  I've checked my credit reports and there is nothing with their phone number and/or address which matches the number.

If your wife was served you have all of this outfits information. Post it & we'll be happy to help you. We'll be waiting....

I just got the same call for my husband is this a scam

I get phone calls from 714-415-3613 and 714-380-5384 saying inquiring about a property (keep in mind I don't own property). they say this is an important business matter and we've been trying to get a hold of you. of course, my name is not mentioned.  no info given, etc.  the only thing they have said who they are is premium asset services.  I have also checked my credit report. no matching name, no matching number and no collection and/or debt.

as for being served, it is against law to go to person's place of business unless permission given by company.  and if a legitimate debt collector, debt must be proved prior to before any legal action could (possibly) be taken.

They are premium asset services and also indicate they are howard heinzl office as well.  These people either call and leave a recorded standard message with no information or a person calls and gives a name with no information but proof they called since a message has to be left.  Keep in mind unless you know you have an actual debt collection or public record in process, do not call these guys back.  Most legit collectors send a letter (required by law) to give you 30 days to accept debt or indicate not yours until proof is given by original debtor.  You would then work directly with them and there would be no need for these daily or monthly phone calls trying to use scare tactics to get you to respond.

I STILLLLLL have these people calling me!!!  I have tried avoiding them, I have spoken with them.  They started calling me 1 year ago!  They call my work, my cell...  I have blocked the number so it goes directly to voicemail.  Sometimes it is automated sometimes it is a person.  They talk about property I live at which I rented!!! when I called they tried to say it was about some other debt... nothing to do with the property.  they just say that to make you get worried and call. I have checked my credit report and I do not owe anything!!!  I think I actually will have to change my cell phone number.  But they still have my work #  and they are bugging the receptionist!!!  They did say last summer they were going to serve me at work.  I told them to serve me at home because I had the summer off from work and no one ever showed up!

I get calls from these scumbags weekly and they call my cellphone, office and house phones all at the same time... Don't bother calling them back.  They keep trying to "serve me papers" and they never show up.  Its a scam for those weak people that freak out when they get collection calls.

Just got a call from them that sounds exactly like what everyone above received.

Regarding the person posting above who said his wife got papers served...I wonder if that's true as he was asked repeatedly to provide more information on this and did not.  Perhaps a troll from the company trying to scare people in this thread.

Received hangup on voicemail.  Number blocked.

The guy who runs this so called company is a convicted scam artist. Has been jailed and fined, they are crooks and there is no legal basis to their claims... BBB gave them an "F" rating and there are numerous lawsuits against them and their bunch of uneducated thugs...  He goes under several business names.  Do not answer or respond.

Short answer---IF you were to get a summons, you would NOT be warned.  Judgments are by court order, not because a debt collector says so,.

Just trying to scare you.  Total scam.  Ignore and block the calls.

Your question is irrelevant. Your caller is an insignificant scammer. It doesn't really matter what they're trying to claim on the phone. They may as well be sending smoke signals. The burden of proof regarding debt lies on the collector. It must be proven in accordance with the state & federal regulations governing the lawful collection of debt. This outfit ignores those regulations, proving that they're to be ignored. They are frauds. No more, no less.
