Did you go to court was it valid this number has called me. I been getting calls from them on a number I don't even know

They have been calling me from this number almost every day, looking for a "Christie Conner."  The caller pretends that she is pursuing some dire legal matter against this Ms. Conner and leaves a call back number of  714 415-3049, Michelle Lake.

who served the summons? did you accept service and who is the creditor? They will use this summons to obtain a judgment of default and a judgment will follow you in your credit file forever! If the summons was legally served you need to answer the summons and appear. If they do not it will be dismissed but they usually have an attorney who shows up to get the default judgment. If they reaged the debt that's illegal, if the debt is not yours or you you do not agree with the debt then bring documents showing that it is not or that you do not owe the money. Either way if the summons is real and you can check with the clerk of the courts then show up to defend yourself. BTW They hope you do not show up GOOD LUCK

Premium Asset Services aka office of John Kolby aka Law offices of John Kolby . Call for breach contract persuant a debt . Threaten to sue, call at employer, harass coworkers. They state they do not have information to provide validity to there accusation if legit they would have that information and able to provide proof. Buy personal information from other company's and or research personal information to try to get you to pay them over the phone. Don't do it major affenders  of FDCP. SCARE TACTICS ,caller ID spoofing, misrepresentation, and Illegal calling place of employment after being told not to.

It is my personal goal to bring this company down as I have never had anyone harass or speak to me in the way that they have. Remember, they are probably trying to collect on a time barred debt, so if they threaten legal action then they are the ones committing a crime.  File a complaint against them with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau you can do it right online.

ive been getting calls from various 714-380 numbers only one time did they leave a msg and it was threatening.  i ignored it as claiming by leaving the msg they had "served" a so called summons which is totally illegal at least where i live.  summons must be given in person by a authorized server.  the call wasn't even for me it was for a family member and concerning an address he hasnt lived at for close to 10 years.

Apparently Trent's employees are considered independent contractors.  So their compensation is based on their own individual performance, they don't get a salary per se.    Which explains a lot of the rudeness and law violations that occur with these companies.

First one gives the registration details of the organization known as Worldwide Asset Recoveries LLC which is in Nevada.  The second should work.  I tried it and it did not work.  Don't know why it isn't.  But the information I put out came from the site.  You can Google Nevada Secretary of State, business search and enter Premium Asset Services, LLC.

They are related.  How precisely I don't know.

As near as I could tell CW, they where sharing the same virtual office, and it was suggested as a "possibly being owned by the same person". Think it was in the first link at the bottom of what I added here.  Some of these outfits change names as fast as they change socks too!

Thanks for the info you two have given me. I filed a complaint against them for the same things they have done to others. But it looks like that just doesn't do any good. So I have their numbers blocked and I will just refuse to talk to them any more.
