I am looking at several missed calls from the number.

Callerid reported them as AIMS PCSI, whatever that might be.  They rang my phone at 9:38PM which, I think, is a violation of telemarketer law.  Aren't they supposed not to call after 9:00pm? I answered but got dead air.

Got calls yesterday and today from this number, both about 7pm. They leave no message, so they are probably hoping I would pick up.

I think this may be a contractor from Time Warner Cable, trying to sell internet bundles; I have gotten several calls like that from the 714 area code...

Got a call. No answer when I picked up.

Dialed them back and it rolled me over to a Time-Warner voicemail saying something about "important" information about my account.  I suspect the contractor/internet bundle suggestion may be on the money.

I kept getting calls with no v/m from that number. I called TWC and asked to have my number removed from their promotional call list. It was removed and they said it would take up to 30 days to completely take effect.

I got several calls from this number so I tried filing a complaint with the FTC under the Do Not Call registry laws, but after filling out the form I got an error message saying that because the organization was not registered with the FTC they could not take my complaint.  Then the website directed me to a page to register this number... WTF??  I looked for a form or contact e-mail for half an hour but this site is so screwed up I can't find a way to contact them. Suggestions?

they keep calling me but won't leave a message.  They called on Sat at 3:45 pm and tonight at 8:04 pm
