received debt collection call, w threats, very hostile once they were not going to get info

Have received(2)calls from a Don Terry, @714-380-5864, within the last(2)months.  Don Terry, does not have the professional courtesy to give the name of the company whom he is representing. Don Terry, claims he is not an attorney and is attempting to make contact with a close family member regarding a legal issue.  This individual will not stop harrassing me or close elderly family members.  I've demanded that he stop calling and remove us as contacts from his list.  We have not given any authorization for contact information nor have legal issues pending.  When Don Terry, is not given information he is requesting he becomes rude and hangs up...  I will be reporting these calls to my phone carrier service..

Ahh I have the same problem with him. It is his cell but it says its a law office. He threatened me by telling me I was going to be arrested at my work. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

WE ARE HAVING A REAL PROBLEM WITH MR. TERRY. IT IS A RELATIVE THEY ARE TRYING TO FIND AND I HAVE NO INFO BUT HE IS BEGINNING TO SCARE ME. NOT SURE WHAT TO DO.

Don Terry is very rude and unprofessional. He doesnt leave messages saying what this is about or anything. His messages are very rude and short. He is looking for a person who doesnt even leave here and never has. Please someone help the harassing calls to stop.
