Received a phone call to call this number back, when call back answering machine picks up right away.

Yes they are a bill collector and they are VERY persistant. This is about a bill of mine from 7 years ago. They can sound kinda threating too, but whatever. They can chop it up as far as im concerned.

They are -- BAC is one of their clients -- they are just threats

Yes they are a bill collection agency and they are persistant. A Mr. Brown threatened to take me to court. I asked for his full name and the name of the company so that I can pass this on to my attorney and they refuse to provide this information.  I don't have any money but I will find a way to get someone to go after these people - it is very unsettling.

A Don Terry called me yesterday (June 25,2010), left a message to call back. I called back, he got hostile, accused me of being hostile, berated me about my son and then threatened me with a vague sort of legal move. He was rude, harassing and just plain down right unpleasant. He never told me a thing about what he truly wanted, his whole conversation was a move to intimidate me into some thing. Thanks for the info on this guy and look out for him!!

Cute. Called me to tell me that they were suing my daughter, have her account blocked etc etc. Promptly hung up when informed that my daugther was a minor. Well then......

Well alrighty then.  My son got an email stating he had to pay $500 or else!  What a scam!!!  Be careful.
