Just got a call from this number. No idea who it is or what they want. The person they are looking for I do not know. I asked who was calling because this is MY phone number. I have the right to know who is on my line. He said that because I asked that I should know who he was asking for. I told him that and he got all sarcastic and snippy with me! Very rude. I hung up on him. He said they researched my number and found that the person they were looking for was using my line. NOT TRUE! Who is this???

I received a call from a guy. His name was Greg calling about a credit card i had defaulted in 2006.claimed to be from a law office and the bank was going to sue me if i didn't make an attempt to pay what i owed.he said that they were going to have a constable come and serve me papers and then go to court in ny because he claimed i opened much account in ny. I live in Tx. He said then they will
garnish my wages. I was like is This guy is serious?the caller id said number unknown.

Today i get a call from Greg saying that we tried to set something up and he used "ummmm" a lot on my voice mail  and the number came up on caller
id as 714-380-5881.

After reading coments about it being a collection agency.  

has anyone else been misled by Greg?

All these positive messages, are probably the phony debt collectors trying to get you to pay this stuff. No real law office is going to call you UNKNOWN and then give you the run around when you call them back. How come they didn't notify you in writing FIRST? Why try to call you several years after the fact?

CONCERNED......first of all, do not sit there and judge anyone who has had a debt and tell them to pay their debts and they wont have to worry, mind your business you ass! You dont know peoples situations, not everyone just decided not to pay their bills to be lazy, MAYBE someone lost their husband or wife in their 20's and was left with a ton of debt they didnt accrue. I suggest you get down off of your high horse and pull your head out of your [***] before u make an ignorant judgemental comment like that

DO NOT PAY this company anything! they are a scam. They threathen you with court papers and wage garnishments, first off they have to get a court judgement which they will never do. Don't fall for their crap. Tell them you don't owe it and you won't pay it!

Received my notice of garnishment all you people calling these people are a scam are incorrect, probably should pay your bill if you have a job unless you already are being garnished.
