Someone named Cody freeman has called my daughter (who has a different last name and address from me) scaring her that if my husband doesn't call this cody they will go to his work. They claim it is a serious legal/civil matter. We have no idea how he got her nunumber and don't know why he didn't call us. We've had the same number for years.

"Cody Freeman" called my 12 year old son's cell phone for my brother's ex-wife - veiled threat included that OUR home is in danger unless we call before its too late - idiot doesn't know our home is rented and brother's ex-wife is homeless as far as we know.

Says My husband has  a supena against him, a judgement..., that this is with the Federal Govenment.....that he will go to jail.....We are filing bankruptcy and know this is for a small debt. This is illegal what they are telling us and I want a complaint filed.
