OK, this 714-408-4352 claimed to be from a law firm and that we had taken out an internet loan and frauded a finance company and would be "executed."  They demanded immediate credit card number, exp date, and 3 digit code.  They said we didn't have time to go to the bank and show proof we didn't get any direct deposits from them, and that we would be arrested after they faxed our law enforcement here.  Oh, yeah, all of the relatives are co-conspirators to this fraud and will be "executed" as well.  This all started at noon on 4-22-2010 and is still going on as we speak.  We did go to the bank and the bank lady was going to get on the phone with them being that the account number I supposedly used was a non-existing never existed account.  They refused.  Imagine that.  So, they are faxing the sheriff to "execute" us all.  Someone apparently didn't cross their foreign words well.   I think they mean prosecute??

so, supposedly my girlfriend got a loan from them, called her an idiot for not knowing about this earlier. The wanted $500 right now on a $800 bill. she got frustraded and hung up. so, then they called me on my phone. At this point I didnt know it was a scam but suspected it was. funny thing is they talked to me without me verifying any information at all. know any law firms willing to do that? they told me that it was on 11/4, I told them I had account statement up in front of me and that there was no deposits made anywhere near that date, and that we dont pay our bills based on someone calling us on the phone. so, yeah, I agree its a scam. if I ever get papers in the po box I'll update this, want to hold your breath with me?

Jared, I have been returning the favor to them since they started yesterday.  Now they will not call ME back and hang up when I call them.  I have probably called 100 times letting it ring until the phone disconnects itself.  If we would all do that....

A guy with a thick Mexican accent left a message saying me or my attorney should contact him right away and if we don't he is sorry for the trouble I will get in due to this situation and basically weeps for my future.  I called the phone number back after checking this site and a woman with a thick accent answered and I asked her what the name of the company was and she said she wasn't a company - she was a law firm.  LOL  I asked her the name of the law firm, she slurred it off.  America someting or other.  I asked her if it's an american law firm here in America and she said "of course, what do you want?"  I asked her what her address was.  She said she can't give that out to strangers.  I said a legit law firm or company in America would have a public address and it's weird and suspicious if you don't.  She said she could give it to me if I gave her my name.  So I told her my name was xxxxxx  xxxxxxxx  (made it up) she said okay she's looking up my file.  I told her I gave her my name now she can give me her address.  She said she can't give it out to just anyone and has to look up my file first.  I told her it was suspicious that she won't tell me anything about her company or where they are etc.  I told her I wouldn't be cooperating with them because you want me to give you ALL my info yet you give me no info.  Then I hung up.  I called her from a restricted number phone and gave her a fake name so she can't call me back.  

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.  THEY MAY BE COLLECTING A DEBT, BUT PAY YOUR DEBTOR COMPANY YOUR MONEY, NOT THIS ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT RUN "law firm".  WHAT A JOKE!

i received a call from a woman who called herself kelley she had a thick foreign accent and she was threatening me with prosecution for a loan that i supposedly make in Nov 09. she began to spout off my personal information such as previous job. Have anyone else had this experience please reply back and let me know if they came at you with your own personal info. what can i do to make sure this stops?

this number call me saying they are an Attorney (lawyers) who wants to do business with me. I've told him no. I can't understand him. He carried on wanted to send me a business card. A scam.. ignore them

This is a Spanish speaking attorney referral service for personal injury actions. It sounded like the entity name was International Legal Services, but it was a busy call center and there was a lot of background noise. They also claim to use the toll-free number 800-870-7077, which might be 888 870-7077, but again the connection was poor.  The Caller ID's red Anaheim California but when asked, the caller could not provide an address from where they were calling from. The call center may be related to Tu Justicia Legal International in San Diego County.
