A man talking a mile a minute to sell an energy  audit of my house.

Solicitors/ Telemarketers.  The company name is Clearview Energy.  They have 2 offices.  
One in Orange County, CA,  714-729-0680.  The other in Bellingham, WA, 360-647-1250.  Contact Ryan in Orange County, and Tammy was who I spoke to in Bellingham.

Another company to reference is Haines Directory, the company that sells your phone number to Clearview Energy.  Their number is 800-843-8452.  Speak to Angie or Patty Gaines in Directory Compiling.  Be sure to tell them the company that is calling you.

Report all companies to the FCC.

Complaint: 04/18/2012: Harassing phones calls, one telemarketer called my wife a profanity and another threatened to make a game of calling me every chance they could. I would never deal with such a company. I want the harassment to stop.number on our internal DNC database as well.

02/23/2012: Telemarketing calls are continuous. Sometimes twice a day. I've asked them to stop. I'm on the Do not call registry. This is harassment. I will file a complaint with the FTC and FCC if it continues. Many others have complained for the same reason as per complaint websites. They need to be stopped and or fined.

02/08/2012: I was originally contacted by Clearview in August 2011 in regards to energy upgrades with Government rebates. After receiving their bids and educating myself with other bids from different construction companies and HVAC installers. Clearview was way over priced. They made several attempts to match or compete with other offers but was still overly priced. There came a point where I told them I have signed a contract with another company and please remove me from your call list. My request was ignored because the following week they started to call again as if we never spoke. Finally I spoke with their secretary with a return number 714-729-0695 to remove me again from their contact list. Since the new Year began I have been receiving 2-3 calls a week from Clearview. Again I requested to speak to the Marketing Deptartment. I then Spoke with Bob. I asked Bob if in fact he had just called my residence because I just missed his call. He replied yes and began to give me a sales pitch I have heard before. I stopped him and reminded him that I was not interested in his services and to please remove me from their call list. He became rude and obnoxious laughing sarcastically that I actually made the effort to call back the missed call that he had made to my phone. He then said, " yeah sure,okay I will just remove you from thousands of contact numbers I have here in front of me. I don't even know who you are!" Thats their customer service sales Department! (BOB)

02/06/2012: The same as others have had. I have been harassed with calls by rude people. I am not interested in talking with them. I do not want them to call me. Their continued calling is nuisance. I want it stopped! This company should not have an A+ rating.

11/17/2011: Consumer claims company continues to call despite several requests to be removed from call list and also being registered on the do not call registry. She says your company started calling her last spring, stopped during the summer and say picked back up in the fall. She indicates that your company when they call say they are working in conjuction with the gas company. She says that she has received at least 20 to 30 calls from your company and at one point when requesting to be removed from your list was responded to by beint told " I don't think your listening". She is requesting to be removed from your calling list and to never be called again.

10/17/2011: Clearview Construction calls my home constantly trying to elicit business. I've asked repeatedly that they STOP calling, but those requests have been ignored. They also engaged in deceptive practices to get business....One lady said she was calling at my husbands request (not true). She said an associate had been out to our house and spoke with my husband about doing work (not true). When I told her this couldn't be true, she responded, "Okay Ma'am, I guess I'm a liar!"....these calls turn hostile very, very quickly when you decline their business. That they call every few days (on average) is HARRASSMENT. Today (9/6/11) "Jenny" (maybe Ginny) from Clearview called -- I told her they had just called 2 days ago. I suspect the calls will keep coming, because they have no intention of removing our name from their list.

08/30/2011: Was contacted via phone about possibility of have them install replacement windows at my residence agreed to free in home quote. Was quoted initial price of aprox $14,000.00 and declined immediately and was then informed that certain discounts and incentives could be applied that reduced cost to around $9500.00 one condition being that I not disclose to anyone how much I paid and must sign contract today. Agreed at this time and then canceled contract next day. When contacted them to cancel contract was then informed that they miraculously had an extra sliding door that would fit perfectly my home and that this could be provided free now bringing my total to around $7500.00 I declined. I have since contracted with another company to have job done with comparable quality product at total cost of $4200.00 I find the sales techniques employed above to be unethical as the implied discount/value to be completely bogus and infect 200% to 300% greater in cost than another company can profitable perform same service. I have since been contacted numerous times by clear view and asked them to stop calling several times. I believe them to be unethical and crooked in their operation and have told them would never do business with them at which time they become confrontational over the phone. .

I called the number listed by DW and I got Clearview, and the nice lady promised to have me removed from their call list by the end of the day. Thank you, DW!

(I am so sick of people calling from places like this! Most of them tell me they are calling for their husband who is a contractor... LIARS.)

Pretty much the same as anyone else who did not answer the phone; no caller name in the Caller ID display and no message left on my machine.

Still getting calls from 714-453-8713 - (7/3 2:14pm) When I called back I get the message "Subscriber you have dialed is not in service. If you feel you've received this message in error, please hang up and try again. message CA 26356"   That's so funny.

Just got my weekly call from these pests.  Where's the exterminator???

These guys have been bugging me for like three months, i'm not a [***] home owner. i never answer, and i reported them to the website someone here provided. i'm on the national do not call list, so annoyed. does getting a new phone number work to get rid of these people...

Here we go again: 2 new complaints in the past 4 weeks with the Better Business Bureau. Why would anyone do business with a company that gets a registered complaint  EVERY 10 BUSINESS DAYS????

Complaint: 06/22/2012: Consumer voiced, I've been receiving harassing sales calls for weeks now. This week, the company used a different sales approach indicating that they were working with the gas company and could offer special services/pricing. I was under the impression that this was a new company, as they had called from a different number. I made an appointment, however found that this was the same company that had been harassing me. I tried to cancel the appointment, to no avail. A man showed up and was instant that I use their services. I declined, however have been receiving harassing calls every since.

Complaint: 06/07/2012: Harrassing phone calls for the last 2 years from this company. Have no idea how they got my number and they have been told to stop calling my home and they refuse to listen.I want the phone calls stopped! I will never do business with this compnay so why do they insist on calling my home?

on 7/11/2012 actually answered the phone and asked them to take me off their list, "I am on the do not call list".  The said they would comply.

On 8/2/2012 received another call from this number and decided to file a complaint with the FCC.

They don't know because they are either an India Idiot, or Manila Maroon.
