They called with all kinds of threats until i let them know , im out of work right now and on oxygen .( which is true ) so i said i dont know when i ll have money next and shes like tell it to the judge and hung up on me.

I received a voicemail from this company which is a scam.
Good morning this message is for  my name is Brenda calling from the legal department of _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ and associate the reason for my cause because you were listed as a reference for _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ and unfortunately we haven't been able to get a hold of him and _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ I will speak with him regarding a complaint _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ in our office if you can have them call our office at 714-453-9292 and reference case number 91375 thank you for your time

They called my 14 year olds phone and left a message that I was in legal trouble. Which scared and upset her. Total scum bags

Called a few times in a row because I didn't answer. The next thing I know, I get a text from a family member saying they were contacted and asked to get ahold of me. I have no debt that should have any family or friend references attached, so this is insane. Reading through everyone else's experiences with them has made me decide to block the number. Threats and refusing to provide proof of debt is illegal, and I don't play that game.

Got a VM, they referenced me by name but said I was a contact person for someone else they were looking for, not for me, but then went on with the “it’s imperative that we speak with them” etc etc etc

That was the same message I got. Referenced me by name and person they’re supposedly looking for had my maiden last name but I didn’t recognize the first name. If they were legit, they’d do their research and not just pull random names.

SCAM CALL CALLING FOR THE SAME REASON

Said there were legal documents mailed to me a few days ago about a complaint filed in their office and I needed to get back to them quickly. They used my name but I also have a man in my area with my name that somehow got associated with my phone number so most scam calls I get are looking for him. My phone never rang though, I just got the exact same voicemail twice 3 minutes apart. At the end of the message he mentions a property that - when researched - has been owned by the same person since 1988 (I was 9)...not me buddy!

I received the same call today saying they sent documents to my place of residency. And then at the end said the had a question about some property at my address. Never called them back

Got the same call...I always check when I get calls like this.  Definitely a scam (no "documents" ever rec'd from there).

Got a phone call from this number yesterday saying a complaint had been filed against me and then said had questions for my previous residence that we sold months ago

Got a call from this no and same message but name was wrong and got couple of messages.

It's weird they give me the name of someone i know. Also, I've gotten calls for that same name in the past. I don't know the person well enough to know if we shared a number or something but I've had this number for 10+ years.
But they did give an address and I didn't recognize that either but it was in my town

I received the same phone call, I am not sure what it's about but after I saw the feedback here I am sure this is a scam.
