Called me by my first name and told me they were "coming to evaluate the houses on (my street)" for PACE program (assistance with paying utility bills:  http://www.pacelaenergy.org/services/paceheap ... r-utility-bill/.)  They just want to replace your doors, windows, etc.  They are NOT connected with the DWP or the PACE program.

Illegal spoofed junk call, and spoofed call = scam.  Didn't answer (I never answer calls from unfamiliar numbers).  Blocked this number.

Caled twice today at 11:52 and 3:32. When I answered they hung up.

LaVerne at "SES" asked for me by name. Stated were assessing homes in my area, wanted to know the age & condition of my home.  I asked what SES stood for, she replied Secure Energy Solutions.  I responded "so you are calling to sell me something for my house." She said no, it was a service to assess if I qualified for what they had to offer & again asked how old my home was."  I told her I was on the DNC list, my home needed nothing & to please remove me from her list. I called the # back on my business line, of COURSE it was not in service.  I've found the best thing to do now when I accidently answer a call from these jerks is to tell them I rent.  They are gone in a flash.

ABSOLUTELY!!  On the few occasions I've answered such calls, as soon as I mention 'I'm a renter', they hang up

Calls nearly every day and hangs up.  Caller id just shows SERVICE so I figure it's someone trying to sell me solar which I already have.

ATDS technology used to call my DNC registered cell phone.  I asked what company she was with and the callers response was "don't worry about it" and caller hung up.
