The classic "let it ring twice and hang up" scam trying to get you to call back.  I've been receiving these from different, bogus "local" phone numbers exactly every Thursday morning for the last 6 weeks.  Do not call back.

I picked up, thinking it might be my dentist, and they hung up after I said, "Hello."

It's the free cruise survey scam.  Call back gets, "Thanks for calling.  The survey you were called for is now finished."    There is no survey just some nonsense questions.  You'll be offered a free something for completing the survey then asked for your credit card number.  It's a SCAM.  Block it.
