Called cell - answered - about 10 people in background talking and laughing.  Boiler room noise.  Finally, a male came on the line and asked if I was an electrician - said he was looking for an electrical contractor in Los Angeles.  Told me my name and told me the name of my business and asked again if I was an electrical contractor...I'm not.  He persisted, asking questions about my business.  Told him that he had the wrong number, he called me a few names and hung up.  Have now blocked.  Recently, we have have received several calls from 714 447-0779 and 714 447-0842.
