This caller keeps making annoying calls to me. I don't know how they got my name. But I asked that they remove my name from their list.

I filled it out. 714-477-7741. They continue to call me from this number. Even knows my name. I asked that they remove my name from their list.

SPAM. I never asked for anything to do with disability at any level. many different #s call with this same BS. Reported and blocked over and over.

National disabilities... What a sham, and how may numbers do they have to call you from ???  You block one phone number, and they call you from two new phone numbers... There has to be a way to block based on something they have to do to use a new number for one annoying call after another...

They were claiming to be the National disability looked at this number on the internet found out it's nothing but to steal information.

They knew my name and what my parents did And thought i lived in Arizona i recently visited there
