tied to 844-350-4459..............say they have a delivery, i didnt order anything, want to make sure im home.......BS! They are Western Asset Recovery services! Lying , sneaky process servers!!!!!!

A guy with a poor attitude called my number and asked if he could speak to Steven Ray Johnson. I told him there is no such person with that name at this phone number and I cordially disconnected. He called back and left a voicemail saying he needs a confirmation to deliver a package through DDS, that my phone number was given as the point of contact and that this Stevie Ray guy was somehow on the receiving end; he also said some guy named Jake was involved (Jake apparently gave Mr Poor Attitude permission to contact me but I don't know any Jake); he said he will keep calling me back unless I call him at (888) 204-3020, reference #140412. I called him back, re-confirmed that this Stevie Ray stuff is all a pipe dream, so he quickly said wrong number and hung up on me without wasting another breathe. Creepy stuff!

I also received false delivery message for someone who used to have my number. He left 844-606-7340 to confirm. I called back and asked the male rep to take my number off their system. He was extremely RUDE and kept cutting me off, wouldn't let me finish my sentences.  When I tried to explain my sentence in full,  he interupted, barked that I already repeated myself. Then he INSULTED ME about my voice. What a TOTAL JERK. He answered as WESTERN ASSET MANAGEMENT. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL.

Mr Poor Attitude was a major Creep to me.

Called just now to tell me they had a delivery for me.  I have read about these types of called so I called him a liar, to find a real job, and to stop calling me.  Called 3 more times in a row but I didn't pick up.  Blocked the number.

Indian accent telling me they have a package to deliver.  I told him he had the wrong number and hung up.  He called back and left me a voice mail.  Now I will block his number.

Called and said he wanted to know if I was me, and when I might be home for a delivery. He said he was with Document Delivery Service. I refused to say the word "Yes" to any question because they record you saying that and can use it against you. Anyway, they gave me a number, 844-606-7340 and referenced a county I used to live in and a loan that I had almost 20 years ago. She said "Then it won't be a surprise when we take you to court"

Also, when you attempt to call this number back, you get the message that "the subscriber you have dialed is not in service. If you feel you have received this message in error, please hang up and try your call again later."

Left a voicemail said his name was Steve from dds delivery service and to call (844)713-1123.    Caller Id said scam caller and then looked up and brought me to here.

Called me twice.  First time he asked for my husband and then proceeded to tell me he had a package to deliver for another family member with the same last name.  I told him I had already had a call like this before.  I wasn't falling for it and don't call me again.  I hung up.  He called right back and said you have the same last name so we will keep calling.  I said so you call every person in the area looking for someone with the same last name?  He started laughing and said "Yup".  I said a few explicit words and hung up.  Number has been blocked.

Same type of VM left for me, including reference number, delivery for "Kim" and making sure tomorrow is a good day.  I have blocked the number on my phone.

Called me saying they are suing me for a credit card from 2008-2009 gave me a 800 number they said they had no record of me or an account said they reviewed my assets and I had 24 hours to settle it also called my boyfriend looking for me, had my address and last 4 of my social security number......

Calling and giving false reason about home delivery, left a number to call back. Turn out it was debt collector, tried to extort money or they sue me in court.

I just got the same call from 714-482-4830.  I told the caller that he was fishing and hung up.  He called me back and left a message further challenging this.  This is a scam.

Bogus claim that a summons was on it's way for a ten year old debt that my bank has no record for.
They gave a callback number of 877-659-8346, and were very rude when I tired to tell them about the bank having no record of the account or the debt.
