Called left message. I answered, he told me I have to call a number to find out about sealed papers. I asked what papers, he couldn’t tell me. I told him this was a scam and not to call back. He called back three times. I told him to F off and if he calls again I will have him arrested to harassment, he called back again. I blocked the number. SCAM!

Just got  call from some jerk with a thick foreign accent and sounded like he couldn't speak English well.  Claimed he was with BSI delivery service and had urgent documents needing to be delivered.  Caller ID said caller was "Anonymous".  Wanted to schedule delivery of "documents" or I should call 844-324=6809 to discuss my case.  He also told me a case number.  Question:  Why would a "delivery service" have a case number?  Did a check on the other number and appears to belong to Western Asset Group, a sleazy bill collector.  Sounds like a scam to me!

Same as all the above comments. Wanted to confirm someone would be available romoreow to sign for a sealed envelope. Referenced an old previous last name I used 15+ years ago. Blocked the number. I am concerned that they may try to file something in court without my knowledge and get a default judgment so I'll be checking court dockets just in case! Seems to happen a lot these days especially when it's a bottom feeder debt collector trying to collect on something way out of statute of limitations.

This happen to me today the number they give me they answer like a law office but i search it do not exist may be they are a collection company they also called me like a courtesy call from the court but the court and the messenger company never call you they are scammers

Same as the other posters, I received a call stating that they had a package to deliver. In this case it was to my ex that I have not had any contact with in 15 years. Number blocked.

Same as the other posters - left a message on my CELL PHONE and called themselves DDS delivery service and that they needed to confirm delivery address or other such b.s. - had a reference number, etc.  Very deceptive if this is a collection agency, as some on here have indicated.  Now, let me let you in on something in my quick research.  IF THIS IS "West Asset Management Inc." then it is one of the largest deb collection agencies in the country, employing 1500 debt collectors in 13 states and one off-shore office according to the U.S.  F.T.C. (United States  Federal Trade Commission.   In 2011 that company was ordered to pay a RECORD 2.8 MILLION DOLLAR FINE for its bad practices, including harassment, breaking clear rules under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and other violations.  These people are scum.  Read the official FTC press release about the 2011 case.  https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/press-release ... lion-settle-ftc

Scam Call. Do Not Answer or give your name. They direct you to a different phone number for a delivery????

Same as other comments. Left a message saying that they tried to deliver a package and nobody was here to sign for it. That's a lie. I have been home sick with the flu for the past week. These guys are scammers. I had the state attorney general contact them years ago. Apparently, they are back at it.

They called my boyfriend and told him he owes 2000 from a bad cheque from 2009 at Wachovia bank. Said they would settle for 800 or they will sue, or garnish his paycheck because its federal. They gave him a call back number as 8332178717. When I called back from his phone I got the voicemail saying this is Ray...blah blah blah but when I call from my phone I got the ' service disconnected' message

Much of the same and even worse. A call from (714) 482-4830 knew my name and said they had a package with an unsucessful delivery attempts. Gave me a number of (833) 217-8717 with a reference number. From another cell phone,I called in. They confirmed Western Asset Management. Asked my name and they even had my last four digits of my social security number. That's when I knew I was in for it. I hung up and started writing this report.

Left voicemail about a package delivery and needed my signature. Ask to call 833-217-8717 which it turns out to be another scam phone number used by these people!

Asked for my husband; said he had a package waiting and needed to call 844-331-9824 to pick up. Since he had ordered something he called and got a debt collector. Looked up the number the debt collector gave him 844-619-6788 x 157 and found out it's a scam. Don't answer 844 calls.

This gur said his name was rick and said i had a cc that i never had went to the length of calling my work place .and i never had a cc in 2008 smh once again said he had pkg to deliver .i call bull crap

They called my mom asking if she knew me. She thought it was for a specific thing but that specific company she thought it was doesn't have her number and would never reach out to her. I called the 800 number they gave her and when I called it, a lady answered Corporate office, when I said one word she hung up. This is a scam 100%!!!

Not only did I get a call from this "DDS" looking for me, they called my daughter and my ex husband who I haven't been married to for 20 years. I called them back to see what they wanted, and they were very rude and wouldn't let me finish my sentences. I ended up hanging up on them and blocked the call, but it irritates me that they are calling pretty much everyone I ever associated with. Have no idea what this could be for, I don't owe anyone anything.

06-17-2020 Some dude calls my family member asking for info on me and says it is a delivery company and needs more info to delivery a package to me. My family say they dont know me and hang up. Dude calls them back 4 times laughing in the phone and being rude. I looked this up and find out it is a collection company that is trying to collect on a bad debt over 16 years old and that was washed away in my chapter 7 bankruptcy. This is ILLEGAL and I am reporting this to the bankruptcy court. I also found the following post too about this scam company. Read it to educate youself on these people.

Received a messsge stating he (Jorge) was from DDS and needed to reschedule a delivery.  Left call back # 877-840-5011 and a ref#.  He called my landline first (yes, I still have a landline LOL which was helpful when cell service was down recently) and then cell number; unusual as I never use my landline number for business and the number has been unlisted for over 20 years.  Did not call the number back.  Blocked it!
