Received a phone call from them for a family member out of state. They claim to be calling from Wells Fargo, and asked if I could have the family member get in touch with them. I had the family member call Wells Fargo at their regular number, and said everything was fine. Very suspicious...

They call every night around 8:15. Never leave a message. When I answer, there is silence on the other end of the line.

Calls repeatedly in the evenings.  Finally answered and no response!  GRRRRRRR

Received 8 calls from this number in two days. Never left a message. I tried the number and when someone answered - I hung up. Mighr try it several more times say around 3AM.

Called and never left a message. And my home phone is on the "Do Not Call" list. :/

Called my home phone. It said Wells Fargo in the caller ID. They asked for me, and when I came to the phone they had hung up. Was suspicious of it because my cell number is listed as my contact at Wells Fargo, not my home, and the area code would have been for my city.

This number calls our house several times a day.  It comes up as Wells Fargo on our caller ID, but when I called Wells Fargo they said it is not associated with them and is a fraud.  Don't give them any information.

Rang my number, did not leave a message.   Have done it several days in a row.

Caller ID said Orange, CA. I think this may indeed be Wells Fargo - but they won't stop - trying to sell insurance.  I will think twice before doing any further business with Wells Fargo or Wachovia.

It's a boiler room telemarketer operation on behalf of Wells Fargo Bank. They're selling supplemental health insurance coverage, which is what some people buy to cover any amount left over after their primary health insurance has paid your medical provider whatever amount the insurer considers adequate.

These policies are of marginal value. Tell them no and hang up.

Am also getting these calls, I see on the ID Box that it is Wells Fargo. If not home they don't leave a message on machine and if I am here I pick up and hang up right away.

Some days I will get up to 5 calls from this "Wells Fargo" number, but never a message.  I have my home loan through Wells Fargo but it's current and has never been late.
I called the number back and an automated voice came on to tell me that I was recently contacted for a promotion offer they have and they will call me back to explain that promotion.  Then it goes on to say that if you are not interested in hearing about that promotion, to enter your phone number and they'll remove it.  I did and the automated voice stated that I was removed from the list.  We'll see....
In the meantime, Wells Fargo should be ashamed of these types of marketing tactics!  I think I am going to refinance just because of this BS!
This is ridiculous!

EVERYDAY they call at least 5 times and they hang up when you answer. I want to rip them apart into pieces and have tranquility.
