Bank of America insurance services

They call all the time, I'm sick of them when we have told them NO.
We do not want it we don't have enough on our credit card to have there insurance.
We pay it off when ever we get anything and I don't want them calling anymore.....
What makes it even worse is they call and ask for me in another language, we live in the USA and if they want to talk then talk in English.

These are very annoying calls. Bank of America is terrible.  They allow other businesses to call with THEIR name as the caller ID.. This should be prohibited.

We receive phone calls daily from this number and several other Bank of America affiliates and companies that have received our name and number from Bank of America.  This particular telemarketer does not show a name on caller ID. I was surprised to hear a voice when I answered the phone today because there is usually silence and then a hang up after answering a call from this number. I had to ask many detailed questions to get any concrete information from the woman calling from this number today. She eventually admitted that she was "calling on behalf of Bank of America" to offer "identity theft protection" to us. Only after asking this woman point blank the name of the company she represents did she give the name "Global Contact Services" and state that they and others got our number from Bank of America. She actually read a privacy statement to me after I told her we had reported that number to the Do Not Call registry. She admitted that Bank of America "may have" distributed our name and number to several companies, although we KNOW that Bank of America has widely distributed our name and number because of the multitude of calls we receive "on behalf of Bank of America" or directly from Bank of America insurance services and other companies. The woman today informed me that we will continue getting calls after asking each company to remove our name and number for another month and that other companies will continue calling individually since our number has been distributed.  We have reported several Bank of America affiliates and other companies that got our name and number from Bank of America to the Do Not Call Registry. However, it seems that since we have done business with Bank of America in the past, we will never be able to stop these calls because they contually distribute our name and phone number.

Just got a call from them. Didn't answer cause if I don't recognize the number they get to leave a message...

Supposedly, if you go to the website bankofamerica.com/privacy you can check no on having them call you.  I just done it..hope it works. But, I won't be holding my breath.  They are VERY annoying and call all hours of the day and evening.  AND, we had no choice in their services as the bought out our previous morgage company.
