got a call from this number too. don't know who it is.

credit card solicitation

Answered call and no one was there.

Call from this number saying: hello this this Linda ... want to lower your interest credit card rates. You must owe $3000 in order to qualify.

(I don't have any credit card debt and my phone number is on the do not call list.)

I called the number back and they say to press 1 to have them put you on _their_ do not call list. Hope it works.

Had the same call. We do not have any credit cards and are on a Do not call list. I pressed 1 and talked to a man with a thick Indian accent. He said he would take me off the list--they had better! The only thing I could find was that the number was out of Anahiem CA and it showed a location on W. Broadway. That is all I have found out so far.

Had the same call 10/29/2009 @ 12:30 PM EST, and googled it, which brought me here. I al so check the white pages on MSN and got the Anaheim CA location. There was no message and I too am on the do not call list.

i just got a call from that number. it was the same as what you said a lady's voice named linda about lowering my interest rate. so i went to an advisor to get some information because obviously the call was not for me because all my credit cards got f***ed up and went to collection agencies so i know i'm not preapproved for s*** and the mother f***** hung up on me because i asked him to tell me the first name of the person he had listed for my phone number.

I received the same call on October 28 at 6PM---similar message...  I did not speak with anyone nor did I selection any options...  This is obviously a scam of sorts...

Called while was out, left no message, on DNC in excess of 31 days.
