I answered the call and the automated message said it was from Account Services on my 'Credit Card' even though they gave no name.   Voice said I was eligible for a reduced interest rate as low as 6.9%.   Instructed me to hit '1' to speak to a representative.   I promptly hung up.....very vague and suspicious.

Automated message saying you can lower your credit card's interest rate to 6.9%. I hung up because they didn't say what company it was for. I only own a credit card for Maurices soooo...yeah I'm good.

Just called left no message. I called back from my office phone and it's a recording with no explanation of who they are. Just says: Thanks for calling us back and if you would like to be put on our do not call list press 1 now.. "beep" Then it repeats. Really shady!!

Just received call from this number, did not pick up and no message.

I answered the call even though I didn't recognize the number. It was an automated message from "Account Services" on my credit card. I DON"T HAVE A CREDIT CARD. They gave no bank or financial company name. They claimed that I was eligible for a reduced interest rate and to hit '1' to speak to a representative or 2 to discontinue further calls. I just hung up. I think it was a fishing scam. BTW if a debit card works just like a credit card, why would anyone want to give the bank ANY interest, reduced or otherwise??? Just a thought.

Rcvd call from this #, 3rd time in a wk, they never leave a msg.  I saved to my contacts as SCAM so I know not to answer in the future.

Got the same call as everyone else.. then it just disconnected. There is no card compant named used. I am on the no call list.

They called, nobody said anything after I answered.  I didn't say "Hello" cuz that starts up the automated system. It hung up on me.  no big loss there.

Just got call; pressed 1 because I was interested in why this sounded so suspicious. Asian sounding woman answered. I said what company is this? She said "Card Services". I said take me off your list. NO rebudle. She just said O.K. Definitely sounds like a scam. Though a pretty good one. I can see how some may get fooled. Hopefully it gets shut down. I am not sure what if anything can happen to these people.

Same call as others, some nameless "account services" on my non-existant credit card. AND this is my CELL PHONE.

Just got a call from this number.  Thanks to everyone posting here.  I declined the call, no voicemail.  Blocked the number.

I recieved a call from this number, it did not identify the company.The recording said something about lowering my interest rate. I pressed one to speak to someone and request them to remove me from their list. When I pressed one, someone finally got on the phone. I asked who I am speaking with and they hung up.

I get this call all the time from this number and others - same thing - lower interest rate garbage on my credit card. I don't even own a credit card.

I like that idea of marking it as scam so you know not to answer.

Received automated call from 714-607-7250 saying they were calling about my credit accounts. "There's no problem, but call us to find out how to lower the interest...."  They didn't mention any particular account -- e.g., Capital One VISA, etc, or any company.  I hung up at that point. Potential PHISHING call.  The call came on my cellphone, making it doubly annoying.

Same as everyone else.  I don't have a charge card.
