Caller ID says Unknown message, believe it or not, said this is time sensitive matter. Says wants to know about the property where I lived a few years ago. Guess they can do a title search which should prove interesting as he read the B as an 8.  

A guy with a heavy accent trying to get hold of someone else, didn't get that name. Spam for sure.

They won't stop calling.  I don't know who they are. Help!

These guys keep calling to talk to somebody I never heared of, sometimes only forename. Each time a different one for a different one, every day since  a month.
Ususally  "time-sensitive matter". Want me to call back immediatelly. Sometimes just a tape, threatening legal action.
The call back numbers change also each time.
For sure spying on my identity and address. For sure illegal.
Not an accidental wrong number, because same traits, and it started a certain time ago.
Not a dept collecter,  because they all don't know, who they are calling, trying to find someone by random number to call back?
Scam call.

These people have been calling once or twice a year, for [name redacted] for 15 years. I do not know this person, not have I ever. I tell them they have the wrong number and they keep calling.

Same thing here. The voice message said a letter was sent out as time sensitive and regarding our house and action is needed? Who is this?

A gentleman by the name of Abe Edchy (sp?) called to tell me he never heard back from me after some documents were left at my place of residence. He states it's a time-sensitive matter to return his call. "Abe" never said what company he was calling from or what entity he represented. Why would I call back if I never received documents at my place of residence and if I don't know what company he's calling from??

I seem to be getting the same type of call from "Ed" and basically said he's called me many times & if I don't return his call today legal action will be taken. He didn't leave any company name, but left a very threatening tone in his message. Also left a message for me with my brother..

One of the tricks they use is to call your family, friends, neighbors and/or places of employment (past or present or both) to create panic and embarrassment so that their intended victim calls them and they can scare that person into paying their extortion money.  They often call people that have never even been associated with you because they get erroneous information off of the internet.

It is incumbent upon them under the law to prove that the debt exists and that you owe it, and that they have the legal right to collect it.  You are not obligated under the law to prove that you don’t owe or that it is paid.  

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Left a voicemail. "Hello [my name], this is Ed G". Asked me to return his call as soon as I got the message. Didn't mention the purpose of the call at all.

So what does "sahw no gnihtany" mean?  Are you having a medical problem?  Do we need to call 911 for you?  It looks like you are having a stroke.

Its a collection agency, Orion Group.  Debt buyer.

Some man from this number keeps calling me and my family members but he calls me Robert then td my family members I applied for an application but that my information was smeared.

Same - left a VM for a 'family member' to call about time sensitive materials.    I'm going to keep calling this clown back to waste their time.
