Never answer numbers I don’t recognize. This place leaves voice mail about a roofing company with a call back stated 760-694-7603. Calls daily and caller ID is a spoofed number. I called this number back. I got a ring then fast busy. SPAM

Interesting remarks here.  We got the same recorded call from this number both yesterday and today, and--though I didn't keep a record--since we have no connections in Jacumba (the place name that comes up on the screen for this number), it has stuck in my mind that we seem to get frequent calls from there.  We never pick up.  The start of the message was so muffled that all I got from it was something about our roof and perhaps that we, or they, had not paid.  The tel. number, though, was clearly repeated twice.
It is scary to think of dialing a given number and having it secretly rerouted to someplace else, as you could end up being charged a lot, if it turns out to be long-distance and they manage to keep you on the line a while.

This is a scam roofing business using spoofed numbers. Got caller id 619-353-8028 but the voice mail said 714-694-7603.

I receive at least 3 voicemails a day from different phone numbers with the same callback telephone number - (714) 694-7603 - about a roofing offer in my area. The identical messages are 19 seconds each. There is no way to unsubscribe and I block every number with this voicemail transcription. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and hopefully they'll pay them a friendly visit. I thought the FCC had plans to stop this kind of unwanted robo-calling.

Got the same recording as most others. Looked up the number they said to call back (different from caller ID) and it is identified as a roofing company in Yorba Linda.

Real nuisance here. Call me every day and I call them back and they dont pick up. I tried blocking their number and they call the next day from a different number. Dont these people have something better to do? Why call someone every day, leave a number then dont pick up when they get a call back? Really stupid and a pain in the rear.

Same thing stated as everyone else - stupid lady - same message all sets of phone numbers it calls from and leaves the message to call back to this number.

How can we make this stop?  This is BEYOND harassment

I have been getting call from spoof numbers which was identified as spam caller therefore goes to my voicemail to call back a number 714-694-7603 about reminder for solar roofing program in the area. But if you call that number, it goes off the hook immediately. This is jus annoying, I cannot block the numbers because they were spoof numbers. There is no benefit from the caller since the call back number is off the hook.

This person has called me every since day between 9-12 for a [***] FULL YEAR!!! I have threatened them countless times with legal action to stop and they refuse to stop I’m furious they call from desert center area codes and different numbers daily

These clowns from the same "roofing company" have called several times over the past few weeks. Every time they call they use a different spoofed number that's within a few digits of the previous one, but in their pre-recorded message they say their real phone number: 714-694-7603

I've reported them at least once or maybe twice to the FCC and Do Not Call Registry. If enough people submit complaints, then maybe they'll do something about these bell ends.
