I called the EMI number onm the website and it sounds just like the chick in the robocall! I think it's her! Give it a call and have a listen, you tell me? same chick?  510-270-8240.  I just left a 10 min diatribe telling them where they can stick there roofing B.S.

time to drop the hounds on these fools. I say we all get creative and record that stupid roofing message and start calling THEM relentlessly every day.  I say every time you get a phone call from them. immediately call them back at the 510-270-8240 number and leave THEM a shaaty message.

Faint VM left letting me know I'm still eligible for the roofing (to faint) in my area.  Pretty much the same as all the others.  Call originated from951-306-1652, caller ID of Hemet (Riverside County, CA)

so tired of getting voice messages twice a day from this number. They fill up my voice mail and customers can't leave messages. Please stop this number from making calls.

I have received calls from this "company" for months and months (and months)!

This is a recorded robocall from some roofing company.  The recorded message says something along the line that you are eligible for a roofing program in your area and asks you to call 714-694-7603.   They spoof numbers, so calls come to me all day long.  You block them, they spoof another number and call again.  So today, I just got sick and tired of it so I called the number listed in the message.  It was disconnected according to Verizon, so these idiots are SPAMMING everyone and no one can even call them back to fall for their scam.  Such idiots.

Actually it is a problem. A big problem.  And I’m not stupid.

Zombie robocaller.  The Caller ID of the called-from number changes constantly so you can’t block them.  And every time I try the call-back number, it rings 11 or 12 times and then disconnects.

They’ve been calling intermittently for weeks.  This is harassment.

I get a call everyday from area code 760 using a different number with each call. The message is to call 714-694-7603. How do I stop these calls?

It is a CONSTANT SCAM CALL, from various numbers.  Pacific Bell is the carrier.  CALL THEM TO COMPLAIN. (415) 542-9000  Apparently this company is now ATT.

I did call and listen to the voice mail greeting.  Doesn’t sound like the same person.  What led you to that particular company?

Same thing. They call all the time. Very faint vm from a female voice saying we qualify for some roofing deal. I'd love to strangle her. I've called the number back just to yell at them. Rings once then disconnects. So annoying!

This "business" calls from spoofed VOIP numbers leaving a callback number of 714-694-7603.  The recorded message offers roofing services.

They've been calling us for months.  It does no good to block the called-from number, since this changes each time they call.  Also, my experience is that if I call the -7603 number, no matter the hour, it rings several times, then disconnects.  Call them "Schrödinger's Roofing".  They're both there and not there.

Numerous repeated calls from this number leaving voice mails jamming up my phone. Called back from a landline and it stated that my call had not gone through. If they want a callback then they should answer their damn phone!!! I see this is happening to a lot of people.

GLENDALE CA.   Same same with different incoming call numbers but always 7146967603 for a call back number.  They have called me with at least 4 different incoming numbers.  I filed an FTC complaint with each one and the call back number.  If everybody filed a complaint, they can be fined $$$$$ for EACH call.  Hope it makes them go bankrupt.  My cell phone did a transcript for me which I sent verbatim to the feds.

The carrier is Sinch Voice-NSR-10X/1.  Trying to find the carrier for this number.
