I am getting constant calls from variations of this 714-699 prefix, obvious robocalls, never leave a message. These are not "spam" or sales calls, as there is no sales pitch or attempt to get anyone to call back. They are bad actors probing the phone network for weaknesses. If you pick up the phone you make yourself into a mark; your number will be sold to other bad actors as possible prey.
