Claimed they were taking a survey and wanted to speak with youngest male in the home.  I declined and asked them to remove my number from their call list.  She called back 2 hours later.  I said that I asked for my number to be removed from their list.  She claimed that what I asked is for solicitation phone calls and not surveys.  I told her that doesn’t matter to me and to please remove my number and stop calling.  She said something like she doesn’t have to and so I told her that I do not care and do not want to speak with her or anyone from her company again and then I hung up.

They have called the last three nights at my children’s bed time. I finally answered tonight and asked that we be taken off their call this. They told me “the do not call registry is for telemarketers, we are a legitimate polling company” and became frustrated with me when I repeated my desire to be taken off their calling list.

Technically they are correct, however a "legitimate polling company" would honor that request.  Try to get their company name and address and send them a certified, return receipt letter.

My T Mobile spam call block service blocked them automatically. They called like 34 times agressively over weekend. When I phonned back, call went to voice mail directly without any company name.

I have blocked them anyway using "" block caller""
