This is another number using the same old scam tatics.  Middle eastern accent, from the legal department, better pay now or going to be sued for thousands of dollars.  Just add this to your list of numbers.

I ALSO GOT A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER FROM A GARY POTTS THAT TOLD ME THE SAME THING THAT I WAS BEING SUED AND I WOULD BE ARRESTED AND HAVE A BOND AND THIS WOULD BE NEXT TUESDAY. HE CALLED ME ON NOV 4TH AND WAS VERY HATEFUL AND TOLD ME TO HAVE MY ATTORNEY CALL THEM, AND HE WAS FROM FIRST CASH USA. HE WAS VERY HATEFUL AND SAQID I NEEDED TO DO THIS ASAP AND HE WAS GOING TO THE JUDGE ON MONDAQY, AND HE ALSO HAD MY BANKING ACCT NUMBER AND MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND HE WAS GOING TO REPORT IT TO MY EMPLOYER. I DONT WORK, I AM DISABLED AND ON OXYGEN. HE REALLY STRESSED ME AND I DONT NEED STRESS, IT MAKES MY CONDITION WORSE. I HAVE CYSTIC FIBROSIS, AND LUPUS. These people went as far as calling my boss and telling her they were going to have me arrested. He almost got me fired because he called eight times in one day. She is tired of it. When I tried to call and talk to them they were rude, and hung up on me multiple times. He told me that I will be arrested tomorrow if I don't repay $300 that was deposited into my checking account. I have proof from my bank stating that this money was never deposited. I asked them to send me proof that the money was recieved, and they refused and told me not to call them back. I am pregnant, and I do not need the stress of these people.

When I went to the bank I was told to call them and ask for documentation that I recieved these funds. When I did this he got rude told me he would not send me anything and to not call that number again. Of course he was still trying to threaten to have me arrested, but I could tell he realized I knew it was a scam. He has not called since.

I asked the Caller repeatedly where he was calling from and saying it was from the Legal Department and I said, "Legal Department from where?" He says CASHNET USA. Very much of a scam artist and then told him to stop calling me because I know nothing about what you are asking me for. Then, he calls back, again! Introducing himself with another name. What a scam --- wish there was a way to nail this guy for harassment.

hi my name is margaret...ive received the same call...this is a scam..what they are doing is phishing for info from you so they can apply for a loan in your name...the best thing to do is not give them any information...they used to call from a 7862755079 but when i let them know that i knew where they were located they changed the number...you need to monitor your credit and  put a fraud alert on it....call your local police department and let them know you are being harrassed and possibly get the number traced but dont let the caller know what you are doing

These 'people' have called my 90 year old mother 7 times today. They call for a person whose name is unknown to us. This has been going on for months. They have been informed that a formal harassment charge is being placed against them. Their response was "Are you threatening me?"

The company name given earlier today was All State Law Group or Allstate Law Group.

I HAVE BEEN KEEPING A LOG OF OF THE NUMBERS THAT CALL FROM THEM, IT IS ALWAYS THE SAME PEOPLE, BUT DIFFERENT NUMBERS, THEY ASK FOR A FEMALE WITH THE SAME LAST NAME AS MYSELF.  TELL THEM I AN KRISTIE BLANK, BUT THEY SAY NO LINDA.  I TELL THEM I AM NOT LINDA, AN THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A LINDA THAT HAS WORKED HERE.  STOP CALLING, I AN LOGGING EACH NUMBER, DATE AN TIME, AN EVEN TOLD THEM I AM GOING TO TURN THIS OVER TO MY LAWYER FOR HARRASMENT IF THEY DONT STOP CALLING.  THEY STOP FOR A DAY, THEN START RIGHT BACK.  I ONLY HAVE 4 NUMBERS AT THIS TIME, BEEN ADVISED THAT I NEED MORE THAN THAT.

Call logging is a good idea when any debt collector or other company intrudes upon your phone line. But if Rob is correct you have a fake payday collector with no U.S. address, therefore no place for your lawyer to serve a summons.

These [***] kept calling my phone. I told them 5 times-- to stop calling. They called back every.single.time I told them to not to. So, I took my work phone, called them back and I had downloaded a foghorn, loud noise app on my droid. I let them answer the phone and played it in phone reciever.  I have been calling them about every 5 minutes with this for the past half hour. Hope they enjoy!!

I work for a large company and my security team has blocked their phone number now they are looking for them.

This hindue at least this is what he sounds like, will not stop calling my phone!! keeps asking for my husband kevin,after we have dealt with this crap a few months ago and i called the cops and reported it. the calls stopped for a couple months and now they are calling back pulling the same crap, we never took out a damn loan and as soon as i tell him we know this is a scam and that im calling the cops on him i hang up.,but not even a min- passes and he still has the nerve to call back over and over!!! im really sick of this crap!!!!

its a scam. best thing to do is change your number. look up secret service agent Doug Zloto on internet he is handling complaits on this. these guys are using hunreds of phone #'s to call people. It has been going on for years now. google 404 585-3375 for this same site and look fpr sad but true they have a ton of info on these [***]. Sorry to hear about your health promblems but give them no more info on yourself. just hang up they are extremely rude to women. good luck.
