Didn't answer, they left no message.

no talking, and then hung up.

They did leave a recorded voicemail message.  It was about putting $10,000 in my pocket in the next 10 to 14 days.  Annnnnndddd...blocked THAT number.

They call and hang up before I can get to my cell phone I wouldn't answer them anyway as it's says unknown

This number works for the company level 3 BUT lives in two places one in California and one in Illinois

Received this call on my cell phone.  When he started talking, I hung up.  I don't give out my cell phone # as it's just a track phone

Scam claiming to "give you access to a pre recorded message" that will "put money in the bank". I'd like to give these scamming vomitbags access to a baseball bat upside their heads.

I'm with you!  My number has been on the Do Not Call list forever as well.  I am so tired of getting these phone calls.  I do report the call on the Do Not Call site.  Generally I will not answer a call if I don't recognize the number -  and I never call them back, especially if no message is left.  I figure that anyone I know will leave a message.

Caller id showed "SSI-DYNATA" and call was blocked by our blocking service die to scam/spam threat.

Received a call from this number today and answered to listen to the robo-message so I could report to the FCC. To my surprise there was a live person on the other end. It was a call center of some kind (I could hear others in the background). There was no professional greeting like "Hi, my name is... I'm calling from...". Instead a girl kept saying my name - didn't ask if she could speak to me, just shouted my name. All indicators of spam, scam, or disreputable debt collectors.

Although I blocked this number after the first time they called, they continue to call.
Latest calls came in at 5:28 p.m.  11 May 2019.
C.I.D. showed SSI - DYNATA.
This seems to be the latest trend in scammers.  They think if they add some name that looks like a company or a person (usually all in caps.) people are more likely to think it is a legitimate call and pick up.

Telephone survey company. Even have a website, imagine that! One that has a contact us page with an opt out.
