My wife just got the same call a few minuets aga and told her that they would comw to my job with police to arrest me because i haven't paid my paday loan and she told them that i don't work and they said they would send the sheriff to the house to arrest me and when i asked about information on this supposed loan they could not tellme anything they just got rude.

I was freaking out this morning. I got a call from this number and it was just as mentioned hard to distinguish accents and saying I took out a payday loan for 300 dollars. They even named my bank so I thought somebody stole my Identity and took it out or something.

I called back and twice and talked to an "attorney" (who spoke good english) but hung up on me when I just asked about this loan. I guess I asked too many questions? Anyway the second time I called back was some female voice who was barely audible. I asked her when the loan was takin out and that sort of thing and she got mad and raised her voice and said that the Sheriffs were coming to arrest me or call me.

I then called my bank and the FTC and they both said that it was probably a fraud. I do have two loans out right now, but I am active and current on both. This is so stupid. Shouldn't these scammers  illegal. They leave numerous voice messages about sending warrants out and paper work to the courthouse and when I call back and ask them, nobody can tell me what court house or what police agency and blah blah

The FTC said it was a scam and debt collectors cannot arrest you for delinquincies of payments.
I googled the number and here everybody is too. Phew. I deploy in 4 days and don't need more stress

I had the same phone call saying that I owed a payday loan and had pending charges on me and the law enforcement were going to come to my home and arrest me.  When I called the number back and spoke to a Roger and told him I had no loans he started swearing at me and calling me names.  Really shook me up until I read the other posts someone should do something about these people.  I feel very violated since they knew where I lived.

They called me MULTIPLE times last night, and said I owed the same amount $745.33. What idiots. I had to unplug my house phone due to the harrassing calls. I am waiting for them to call today, because its actually kind of funny how dumb they are

These guys are scams and best thing to do is write down all the information the give you and turn it over to local authorities. If they say you have a loan, then call that loan company to verify nothing is against you SS#. Do not give any information and they are very broad on what the real reason of the call is. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

I got a call from this number and it really made me distraught. I was panicking and crying at work cause I didn't know what to do. They told me that they were gonna take me to jail and I really got scared. I went to the store and bought some balloons so I could use them to sneak my cigarettes into the jail.  I was desperate for a payday loan so I could fly my girlfriend out here to be with me.  I can't be without her for one second and I was crying every night cause I missed her.  So I gave this online loan a try and now they keep calling me and I'm really scared.

Just got the same call, the man had such a thick Indian accent I could not understnad him. It was scary. Caller ID said CA whcih means the call was made at 5:00AM??? I just blocked the number.

They called my job all day long. The person was using foul language and saying nasty things to me. We put him on speaker phone so the police officer could hear what he was saying and he just kept on being an idiot. these people are crazy and something needs to be done about them. Its bad that they are not suffering like we are. Someone seriously needs to do something.

I received 16 calls, yes 16 calls, in one day from these people. I filed bankruptcy several months ago and all the payday loans i had were included in my bankruptcy. I contacted my attorney's office today and I was told that this is absolutely a scam, DO NOT give them money or any personal information, and to change my phone number. I am absolutely going to do that. 16 calls in one day is harrassment. I'd love to slap them with a lawsuit!

I recieved the SAME phone call a few minutes ago!!  They said I took out a payday loan for $300 in June 2011 and they named my bank account.... My husband and I are financially set and did not nor will take out payday loans!
Initially when I got the call, I freaked out.....I am 3 months pregnant and dont need nor deserve added stress.  These people need to get a damm life!  They were all Arabian/Arabic/Indian accents too.

I started recieving calls yesterday from an indian man asking for my address and social security number because I am being sued. When I would not give it to him he told me I needed to call back and talk to the attorney handling the case. Roger Geld. The Law Office of Jennifer Sword or Swartz (couldnt really understand him). I contacted my attorney and they tried to call him and "Roger" hung up on her. When I called and started asking questions I finally got that it was for some pay day loan company named EZ Loan Group and the amount I must pay today to stay out of jail is $745.33 and fax them the card numbers. I could even deduct the $10 cost of the pre-paid walmart cards.
I have been to the local Police to make sure I have no arrest warrents, I called and made a report to the Federal Trade Commission. They advised me to fax a letter to them telling them they must mail me proof of this so called debt. I did manage to get out him is California bar number...I called the california bar and no its not real and neither is the office or the attorney.
I almost fell for it and paid the money.

This number 714-733-5614 keepscalling cause i signed up forvarious Payday loans. They first tried to get me to send $ western union, but when i refused he started to threthen me! like this is not only a scam it is harrassment. And something needs to be done I need to find out where i can report this number and they need to be caught

Same thing happened to me. The EXACT same message. The tip off whas it was 8:00AM EST and the call was from CA???? So thier law office opens at 5:00AM? Right! It helped to read all of these posts. I have Comcast and I just blocked the number.

Received call from this # 714-733-5614 on july 28 at my job.A man  with a deep indian accent said that he was calling me from a law office because they have cases against 3 cases he said so i ask him what these cases about he said that he could'nt tell me because he a paralegal didn't handle my case a mr roger did and so he wanted me to hold on so he can forward me to mr Roger. The so call Mr. Roger couldn't come to the phone so he give me a call back number which  was 7147335614 and I call;ed back immediately and mr roger answer and i ask him what this about he said payday loan.............so asked more question what payday company brough up these charger he then begin to say the sheriffs will pick me up at my job.

They will not give a copy of the loan document, the name of the company that you got the loan from.
I was able to get the transaction ID# from my bank for the date money deposited in my account.
It's called First Premier bank . Phone #605.357.3119. You need to have the deposit traced in order to find out who gave you this loan. Do any of you remember who you took the loan out with.

There is due process in the State of California or any other state. If you are not delinquent on your loan, you cannot be sued. It's call the Fair Debt and Collections Act. You cannot be taken to jail for some [***] $500.00 or $600.00 loan.  Has this company contacted you in writing????? IF you are getting sued, anyone with common sense knows there is due process and it takes time and the police don't just take you from your home and put you in jail. What crime has been committed? Did any of you ask?

This woman called me early this morning saying that she was
attorney. I have a legal matter for a criminal case and need to get in
touch with the lawyer. From the same number that she called from so
I called it, it when straight to voicemail full mailbox. I want to Google the number it was a bill collect it was scary and uncomfortable cause that wasn't my number plus don't know what I did to go to prison. Can someone stop them for making people lives hell?
