Law Firm regarding a loan that I taken out online that sheriff will be at muy addressed on tomorrow to pick me  up gave me my email addressed and where I work. I ask the question when was the loan taken out he could not answer said I will see when the law get to my house on tomorrow. The first time when I ask him question he hung up I me I keep calling him back I told him that he said we got disconnect. Wouldn't answer anymore

i have also been recieving calls from this number and 214-702-9462 in regards to there saying i took out a payday loan online and never paid it back and there coming to arrest me tomorrow they have my personal info some how i have already been scammened by a guy i met on zoosk talked a couple months even had him checked out still he got me for a thousand dollars that i have to pay back

scam, they claim the sherrif will pick u up in the morning if you dont make a payment. he claimed to be an attoney but would not disclose any info. when i tried to get more info he just hung up. this is a very common scam. they claimed they would take me from pa to ca to appear in court over a 400$ bill they claimed i owed which i found to be kinda funny. they also had my personal info so i immediatley changed as much security issues i could .

I wanted to let people know if this number call you (714) 733-5618 it is a total fake.  Please don't give out any information and contact the Federal Trade Commission or your attorney geberal for your state.  This person will scare you and say they will contact your employer and local sheriff.  I also know this guy uses profanity.  I think this numbersis also contacted with a Daniel Webster you try's to be a detective.  It is all a bunch of crook.

I received a call from this number today telling me I had a very serious matter and need to call them as soon as possible.  The number also called my work and stated it was an attorney's office in California. The gentleman gave his name as Justin Smith.  Today the caller to my phone was barely understandable for the english language.  He sounded like he was from Saudia Arabia.  I tried to call the number back several times and could not get an answer.  When someone finally answered, there was no "hello", the phone then was immediately hung up.

I have received 5 calls from this same man with a heavy middle East accent that is hard to understand.  He claims I owe a payday loan and am being sued which is not true.  he also had my current personal info including my full soc. sec. number which he rattled off to me butt I would not confirm.  He refused to tell me how he got any info about me.  I called the Calif. State Attorneys Office who will do nothing but tell me it is a scam and get Identity Theft Ins.  I made a recorded report to the local police here but that is all they will do.  the bank tells me to watch for any strange activity on my account and sold me  Identity theft insurance.  No one in authority seems to give a R's A !  I am noting all numbers , names and dates of calls.  I will try the FTC next.

scam.  Don't call him back, and hang up every time he calls.  Contact any bank/credi card company you may have, and contact the 3 credit bureaus to put a hold on your credit report; if he has your full SSN, then you are potentially a candidate for identity theft.  Be proactive.

Wow, you've been all around the circle, haven't you?!  Also, go online to http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre34.shtm which will tell you how to access your credit reports for free (do NOT go to freecreditreport.com; they try to sign you up for monthly fees) ANYHOW...you can also put a hold onl your credit reports and put a statement on your reports that you are a victim of identity theft.  Then, if anyone does anything with your info, you get a consumer attorney and sue them, as you have notified the entire world your info has been stolen.  Good luck.

got call from them at 9am on 10-13 said it was a jennifer young law firm said i owed money from a loan
i never paid i did post resumes on career builder and thats when the calls started

Got a call at 6:35 a.m. from a Justin Smith.  I've been scammed before so I did not answer.  Am calling the FTC right now.

scam call  abusive, threatening arrest at work for invalid bill.    lets all call this number back and tie up his phone line.  this guy is a dick and a thief

I got a call on my cell phone and she said she was with a law firm and had a case against me and i said good go ahead and file it since i knew it was a scam and i told her i was reporting her to the police after she said i would be arrested and then she hung up on me.

Got a call from 7147335618 claiming there is a payday loan I took out and I committed fraud and will be arrested unless I give them $2,000. He read out my ssn, what the hell. I've never taken out a loan and when I told him I was going to call the company and police, he hung up. I called back and he wouldn't answer. The police said its a known scam. This guy was middle eastern as well.

I keep receiving calls fromthis number. I do not answer numbers i do not know, he has left a message the last couple days saying his name is Justin Smith, and that there has been legal action taken against my SSN and alawsuit has been filed. What do i need to do to make sure im not a victim of identity theft, being he read out my SSN to me on the message?

they called me with vulgor talk.They called back to back on a 626-232-1654 and 7147335618 and903-265-1617 they played on my phone for half an hour they love to be cussed out and they think its funny.U will just amuze them and I think they have all my information because of loans i have gotten on line.   SCAM, [***] PLAYING ON THE PHONE TURN THESE NUMBERS IN THEY HAVE ALL CALLED ME IN THE LAST 30 MINUTES...
