Somebody wanting to know if this was my social secutrity # & that the was a lawsuit filed against me

Please do not give out any information. This is a scram and they try to scare you into giving them personal information. They called my place of employment.

I got 9 calls this morning at 6am saying that I owed a pay day loan which I dont and  that I was going to be arrested ha I knew it was a scam right away its Saturday and its 6 am I'm not that dumb so I spoke to a male first which was Alex who cursed me out calling me the N word and told me I needed to go back to Africa ha ha he had me laughing and he was going on and on calling me a porn star telling me I needed to do some sexual favors to him just some nasty stuff so I told him I was calling the Police and he hung up on me. well he called me and woke me up I kept calling him little did he know I had him on speaker phone and the police was standing right in front of me the whole time and we all laughed and "Alex" said to me how did you know this was a scam did you google my number 714-733-5618 and I told him no my dear ITS SATURDAY...... and he started to call me lots and lots of names again like the c word, [***] and stuff and I laughed had him on the phone a half n hour so this is a scam for anyone out there do not send them money just contact your bank and ur credit people and make a report with the police in case they call you again .

I received a call from 714-733-5618 saying that I will be arrested regarding a loan that I never pay back.  He read out my ssn was wrong, when I told him that the ssn is wrong is hung up on me.  How can I report this number to the cops

This guy said his name was Michael Clark (with a very foreign accent).  He called my husband's phone, my phone, and even left messages at work.  I just keep hanging up, but he leaves messages on my voicemail threatening to come to my place of work to be arrested.  I'm not stupid.  I know it's a scam, but I want it to stop!

The calls stopped for about 3 weeks but on Saturday I got a call from Alton Conner , yea right- sounded more like someone from India to me - he used the same script word for word that Karen Johnson  also from India used about me or my lawyer calling them back right a away or bad things would happen.  The call back number was new - (510) 240-9596 traced back to Aneheim, CA.    I already took my name off my answering machine message.  If it keeps up i'm going to switch my message to the line disconnected message from the phone company.   I only have a couple of friends calling so it's easy to let them know whats going on.   I really want to mess with these clowns - I wish I could send Seal Team 6 to pay them a visit.

The calls got more threatening today.   They left a message saying that since I have not contacted them they were going to sue me, freeze my bank accounts, ruin my FICO score and get me fired.   They read off the last 4 digits of "my" SS#.  The thing is they weren't even close so I bet the only thing they have on me is my phone number and I will not answer their messages since I'm on to this scam.  I've had a fraud alert on my credit score for the last month so I'd get notified if anything funny was going on there and my bank accounts are now password protected if anyone inquires  so they can't do anything except hound me on the phone.   If it keeps up I have another little trick up my sleeve and last but not least I can change my phone number - I just don't want to do that since i've had this number for 50 years but if it gets rid of them so be it.
