Unwilling to identify himself, a male called today asking for an unrelated person. Would not accept being told he had the wrong number. Called back with number blocked a minute later, left a voicemail for the phone owner by name threatening legal action against the unrelated person and the phone owner's home address. Left same phone number for return messages, insisted on contact by end of day, still refused to identify himself. Clearly researches targets and attempts to lie and confuse.

Caller was absolutely horrible. Called my mother, neighbor looking to locate me. Said it pertained to a civil matter. Ok, first off if they wanted me that bad, they would find me! I am not falling for a scam or old doc bill, or any old bill for that matter. Stop calling! You wil not get any information from me.
