I received a spam message via e-mail, which contained the above number as a contact.
I suspect it was an attempt at the Advance Fee Fraud Scheme.
Spam message contents were as follows:

authorize Anyone To Pick Up Your Inheritance Fund from Our Branch in New York USA? One man called Mr Robert
Karl came to our office Last week Friday in-respect of your US$85,500,000.00 Million United States Dollars
which has been credited with the US for the past 2 weeks ago now by the Federal Government to be transferred
into your account. He said that you authorized him to pick up the fund. This fund has been in our custody for
two Weeks now and we have been waiting for you to contact us but we didn't know what is hindering you from
reaching us since. So we decided to inform to you to make sure that you are well and aware of the Inheritance
Fund of US$8,500,000.00 Million United States Dollars only In OUR Branch OFFICE in New York USA.
