    Just one of the many "Back Tax Forgiveness" SCAMS running around.  Have no back taxes.  Recorded message started as soon as I said hello.  Gave diatribe about getting letters, etc., then told me to stay on the line for a representative.  Representative had such a heavy Indian accent I could barely understand him.  Scam.  Block.
