Received two calls from this number. No idea what they said.

Called and left a message for someone who isn't me????

Calls received from this number who is not me!  Have report previously.

They call ALL THE TIME!  I always tell them this is the wrong number, but they keep calling.  They also leave messages.  The last call I received (less than 5 minutes ago), the cs rep who answered was like, "What can I do for you?".  I had to tell him that they called me.  When he told me who he was calling for, I informed him that this is the wrong number, and he hung up on me.  No goodbye, sorry, thank you, NOTHING.

I just got a voice mail that I couldn't understand. I never answer nod

Left a voice message from "Goldman Price" indicating I needed to call them back (this happens 1-2 times per week).  Finally I called them to tell them - stop calling me, this is a cell phone, it's illegal to use autodialers to cell phones.  The lady (Megan she called herself) told me I didn't make any sense and hung up on me.

Goldman, Price & Associates is a debt collector. Send them a cease and desist letter to stop the repeated phone calls at: Goldman, Price & Associates, LLC, 375 N. Received numerous phone calls maybe 10 - 12 calls & 1 voicemail from Goldman, Price & Associates saying call them back @ 1 888 875 5183 ...and refer to my file # (of which i don't have any file #) & they did not leave a file # ... their caller I.D. # was 716 204 2787 ... i called that back and ended up getting in a hassle when i tried to ask ?'s or talk she talked right over me and before hanging up on me threatened to take legal action ....i called back very angry and got the same treatment from the next person ... called back again ... the same ..called back again ... got the "office manager" ...supposedly the rational responsible, non condescending , or  rude person ... he was the same ... i ended in a stupid argument with him ... never found out what this bill was in regard to ... they mentione some name i never heard of in regard to my account ..

Glad I found this....I just recieved a call from them also. "Mr Freeman would like to speak to you so please call 888.875.5183 and use extension x334."

I did not recognize the phone number so I did not answer.  When I looked up "Goldman, Price & Associates, LLC" I found that they are listed as a construction company in NY...If I didnt find this site I wouldve more than likely gotten into an arguement and ruin my otherwise good day.

I have excellent credit so there is no reason for debt collector to call my cell phone. Cell Phone???  really?  aint that against the law?

Just received a call from them at the 716-247-6329, it was a recorded message telling me to contact Mrs. Murdock and to call them back at 888-875-5183.  They did not state what it was for or any reason to contact them and this is the second time they have called.  Wish that they would at least explain why they were calling and during normal business hours I can not take a call on my cell phone while at work.  They are very specific about that unless it is an emergency.  So they need to call at a time when I am not at work.

, and that I need to call them back ASAP for a Legal matter, when you call they are rude , and nasty, refuse to give you information , and whebn the pick upi the phone thet say"Can I Help You" never stating there name or company name...never say the are from a law firm...if you do not answer the questions they want, they hang up on..
These people are full of crap and need to be closed down!
What do I need to do to make them stop calling me?

they are calling and harassing everyone. they are not even legal counsel as they state...they use magic jac phones various numbers ect... they are relentless they will harass you threaten that you will be incarcerated and you will be summons to court. So file report with attorney general in NY. I have gotten call from them and i saved my messages as the law states they are not allowed to use those tactics, so I basically will have evidence when they get taken to court! It is kind of ironic they are saying they are going to take us to court and can't ...however we can sue them for the harassment and using false means to collect a debt. report them.

I just sent a Cease & Desist letter and by law they cannot contact you via phone etc..  I sent just a letter from FEDEX yesterday and I pray that it's the correct address:  Goldman Price & Associates., 375 N French Rd, Suite 107B, Amherst, NY, 14228

They called from the 1-888-875-5183 number and left a message saying that I needed to call them back regarding fraudulent activity. They used my maiden name, that I haven't used in 6 years. So I know they are a fraudulent business!

I was just wondering if any of you guys that post here actually plan on paying back the loan you took out instead of complaining about collectors calling you to pay back a loan that should of already of been paid for!

If someone owed you money I'm quite sure you would be calling them too!

If you pay your bills the debt collectors will stop calling you!

The main problem is the debt collector, if it is a legit debt collector, is breaking collection rules per the FDCPA http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre27.pdf -- read section 809 and see for yourself. I won't pay anyone who violates the FDCPA because it could be a scammer pretending to be a legit debt collector and why should I pay a scammer?

Ive only had the phone number for about a month..

We don't owe them money. They are not collecting "for" them. They bought the bad debt for pennies on the dollar and are now trying to get it for 20 times as much. They are trying to scam money. They can't break the law. They have threatened lawsuites, court etc. Can't do that. Laws exist to protect the consumers and citizens. Obey the law.
